Abstract
Siyaset felsefesi alanında, farklı dönemlerdeki düşünürler ütopya ve distopyaları çeşitli bakış açısıyla el almışlardır. Ütopya ve distopyalar, toplumların var olan düzenine göre şekillenir; ütopyalar olumlu ve mükemmel bir dünyayı, distopyalar ise olumsuz ve kötümserliği ifade etmektedir. Bu çalışma, ütopya ve distopyaları etik ve siyaset felsefesi perspektifinden değerlendirerek, distopyaların toplumsal gerçeklikle olan ilişkisini incelenmektedir. Toplumsal yapıda ki yoğun değişimler, kuralların ve değerlerin zayıflamasına yol açmıştır. Distopyalar bu zayıflamanın yansıması olarak ele alınırken, ütopyalar gerileme halindeki topluma alternatif tahlil sunmaktadır. Ütopya ve distopyaların ortaya koyduğu argümanlar sorgulayıcı bir bakışla incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın temel argümanı, en yüksek ahlaki değerlerin yaşandığı toplum ile değerlerin anlamını kaybettiği toplum arasındaki etik farkın, ütopya ve distopyada özgürlük, adalet ve eşitlik sorunlarını bağımsız bir şekilde ortaya koyduğudur. Özgürlük, adalet ve eşitlik sorunları etik ve siyaset perspektifinden ayrı ayrı incelenmiş; kapsamlı bir literatür taramasıyla konular sistematik olarak incelenmiştir.

Abstract
In the field of political philosophy, thinkers from different periods have addressed utopias and dystopias from various perspectives. Utopias and dystopias are shaped according to the existing social order; utopias express a positive and perfect world, while dystopias express negativity and pessimism. This study evaluates utopias and dystopias from the perspective of ethics and political philosophy, examining the relationship of dystopias with social reality. Intense changes in the social structure have led to the weakening of rules and values. While dystopias are considered as a reflection of this weakening, utopias offer an alternative analysis to a society in decline. The arguments put forward by utopias and dystopias have been examined from a questioning perspective. The fundamental argument of this study is that the ethical difference between a society where the highest moral values are experienced and a society where values have lost their meaning independently poses the problems of freedom, justice, and equality in utopias and dystopias. Problems of freedom, justice, and equality have been examined separately from the perspective of ethics and politics; The topics were systematically examined through a comprehensive literature review.
