Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı eğitim denetimi ve güncel yaklaşımların incelenmesidir. Eğitim faaliyetlerinde denetimin doğru ve etkin bir şekilde sürdürülmesi öğrenci başarısı ve öğretmen memnuniyeti açısından önemli bir konuma sahiptir. 2011 yılı itibariyle eğitim denetimlerinin okul müdürleri tarafından yapılması kapsamında önemli problemlerde beraberinde gelmiştir. Öğretmenlerin genel olarak okul müdürlerine yönelik algıları değerlendirildiğinde öğretmenlerin önemli bir kısmı okul müdürlerinin önyargılı düşündüklerini belirtmiştir. Ayrıca zaman sınırının olması nedeniyle gerekli denetim faaliyetlerinin etkin bir şekilde sürdürülmemesi önemli problemler arasında görülmektedir. Öğretmenlerin genel olarak okul müdürlerinden denetime yönelik beklentileri arasında adaletli ve saygılı bir yaklaşımın benimsenmesi yer almaktadır. Denetim kriterleri çerçevesinde eksiksiz bir şekilde eğitim faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi önemli olarak görülmüştür.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine educational supervision and current approaches. Maintaining proper and effective supervision in educational activities has an important position in terms of student success and teacher satisfaction. As of 2011, important problems have arisen within the scope of educational supervision by school principals. When the perceptions of teachers towards school principals in general were evaluated, a significant portion of the teachers stated that school principals thought biased. In addition, due to the time limit, the inability to carry out the necessary supervision activities effectively is seen among the important problems. Adoption of a fair and respectful approach is among the expectations of teachers from school principals for supervision in general. It was considered important to carry out production activities in a complete manner within the framework of supervision criteria.
