Okul Müdürlerinin Denetim Rolleri ile İlgili 2016-2021 Yılları Arasında Yazılmış Lisansüstü Tezlerin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Okul müdürlerinin literatürde tanımlanmış pek çok denetim rolü vardır. Bu tez projesi, okul müdürlerinin denetim rollerini ele alan tez çalışmalarının son beş yılda hangi yönde yoğunlaştığını belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nde 2016-2021 yılları arasında yayınlanmış tezler veri tabanında “denetim”, “denetim rolü” “okul müdürü”, “yönetici” gibi anahtar kelimeleriyle taranarak araştırılmıştır. Yapılan tarama sonucunda okul müdürlerinin denetim rolüyle ilgili son beş yılda 24 tez belirlenmiştir. Bu tezlerin yıllara göre dağılımı incelendiğinde en fazla çalışmanın 2019 yılında yoğunlaştığı ve çalışmaların yıllara düzenli dağılmadığı belirlenmiştir. Tezlerde ağırlıklı olarak nicel yöntemin ve tarama modelinin kullanıldığı belirlenmiştir. Genellikle örneklemde öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin alındığı, örneklem sayı aralığının 1-100 arasında yoğunlaştığı görülmektedir. Yapılan çalışmalarda okul müdürlerinin en fazla ders denetimine yönelik araştırma yürütüldüğü belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
School principals have many supervisory roles defined in the literature. This thesis project aims to determine in which direction the thesis studies on the supervisory roles of school principals have concentrated in the last five years. For this purpose, theses published in the National Thesis Center between the years of 2016-2021 and were searched in the database with keywords such as "supervision", "supervision role", "school principal", "administrator". As a result of the screening, 24 theses related to the supervisory role of school principals have been determined in the last five years. When the distribution of these theses by years is examined, it has been determined that the most studies were concentrated in 2019 and the studies were not regularly distributed over the years. It has been determined that the quantitative method and the screening model are mainly used in the theses. Generally, it is seen that the opinions of the teachers are taken in the sample, and the sample number range is concentrated between 1-100. In the studies, it was determined that school principals mostly conducted research on course supervision.
