Online/Çevrim İçi Eğitimin Başarısını Etkileyen Faktörlerin Öğrenci ve Öğretmen Boyutunda Araştırma Sonuçları Işığında Gözden Geçirilmesi

Abstract
Korona virüs salgını sonrasındaki pandemi süreci, başta eğitim olmak üzere küresel boyutta sektörlerin çoğunu etkilemiştir. Daha önce okullarında yüz yüze düzenli ders alan ve veren fakat pandemi nedeniyle evde mahsur kalan milyonlarca öğrenci ve öğretmen, eğitim ve öğretim gibi aktif bir sürecin yeni boyutları ile tanışmışlardır. Birçok ülkedeki eğitim sistemi, eğitim ve öğretimi devam ettirebilmek adına çevrimiçi sınıflar açarak çeşitli platformlar üzerinden çevrimiçi-çevirim içi- eğitim uygulamalarını adapte etmişlerdir. Bu adaptasyon eğitim ve öğretimin tüm paydaşları için yeni nesil teknolojik araçlarla hızlı bir adaptasyon sürecini de ifade etmektedir. Uzaktan eğitimin yaş grupları üzerindeki olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri üzerine yapılan araştırmalar ve değerlendirmelere temel eğitim düzeyinde olan genç öğrencilerin özdenetim, otokontrol ve yönünden yeterli gelişime sahip olmadıkları için bu süreçte öğrenci velisinin öğrencinin özgür bir şekilde öğrenme ortamını belirlemesi, yaş grubuna uygun özgün kararlar almasını olumsuz yönde etkilemiştir. Paydaşlardan olan velinin ön plana çıkmasının öğretmen ve öğrenci açısından dezavantajları, uzaktan eğitim sonrasında öğrenci velisinin bir numaralı iletişim kanalı olmasının zorlukları ile ilgili değerlendirmeler üzerinde durulmuştur. Yetişkin öğrencilerin ise uzaktan eğitim sürecinde her ne kadar otokontrol ve özdenetim konusunda olgunlaşmış olsa da süreçteki boşlukları kullanmaları yönünde olumsuzluklara neden olmuştur. Hazırlanmış olan bu çalışmada da, eğitim sisteminin paydaşları olan öğretmenler ve öğrenciler için yeni bir deneyim olan online/çevirim içi eğitim sürecinin bu iki kesim üzerindeki etkileri global örneklerle tartışılacak ve bu benzersiz deneyimin avantajları ve dezavantajları anlaşılmaya çalışılacaktır.

Abstract
The pandemic process after the coronavirus outbreak has affected most sectors globally, especially education. Millions of students and teachers who used to have regular face-to-face classes in schools but were stuck at home due to the pandemic have encountered new dimensions of an active process such as education and teaching. The education systems in many countries have adapted online education applications through various platforms by opening online classes to continue education and teaching. This adaptation also represents a rapid adaptation process with new generation technological tools for all stakeholders of education and teaching. Research and evaluations on the positive and negative effects of distance education on age groups have shown that young students at the basic education level do not have sufficient development in self-regulation, self-control, and direction to determine a free learning environment, which negatively affects the parent's ability to make original decisions appropriate for their age group. Evaluations have been made regarding the disadvantages of the parent taking the forefront for teachers and students and the difficulties of the student's parent becoming the number one communication channel after distance education. Although adult students have matured in self-control and self-regulation during the distance education process, it has led to negative consequences towards utilizing the gaps in the process.
In this study, the effects of the online/distance education process, which is a new experience for teachers and students as stakeholders of the education system, will be discussed with global examples, and the advantages and disadvantages of this unique experience will be attempted to be understood.
