Abstract
Bu çalışma karizma, iktidar ve liderlik kavramlarını açıklama ve Cumhur İttifakı olgusunu bu kavramlar kapsamında örnekleme amacı taşımaktadır. Karizmanın ve karizmatik liderliğin doğası günümüzde oldukça popüler bir araştırma alanını oluşturmaktadır. Örneğin, liderlik uzmanları izlenim yönetiminin önemini tartışmışlardır. Karizmatik liderlerin, yetkinlik imajlarını güçlendirmek, onlara bağlılık ve onlara olan inancı arttırmak için, izlenim yönetimi tekniklerine katılmaları önerilmiştir. Veya karizmatik politik liderlerin, takipçilerinin bir vizyon peşinde koşmalarını sağlamak amacıyla, eklemlenme ve izlenim yönetimi uygulamalarını kullanarak, diğer liderlerden ayırt edilebileceği bildirilmektedir. Genel olarak günümüzde, liderlerin karizması gibi kişilik konularına odaklanma eğilimi daha önceki dönemlere göre daha sık olarak örgütsel bağlamlarla ilgilidir. Aynı zamanda liderlik ve karizma üzerine dramatik bakış açıları ortaya çıkmış ve fantezilerin, sezgilerin, vizyonların ve diğer zihinsel faaliyetlerin liderlikte de rol oynadığı kabul edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, “kavramların yorumlayıcı çalışması” olarak adlandırılabilen yöntem kullanılmıştır.

Abstract
This study aims to explain the concepts of charisma, rulership, and leadership and to exemplify the phenomenon of People's Alliance within the scope of these concepts. The nature of charisma and charismatic leadership constitutes a very popular research area today. For example, leadership experts have discussed the importance of impression management. Charismatic leaders have been suggested to participate in impression management techniques to strengthen their images of perfection and to increase the loyalty and faith in themselves. Or it is reported that charismatic political leaders can be distinguished from other leaders by using articulation and impression management applications to enable their followers to chase in pursuit of a vision. Today, generally the tendency towards focusing on personality issues such as the charisma of leaders is more frequently related to organizational contexts compared to previous periods. At the same time, dramatic viewpoints on leadership and charisma have emerged and fantasies, intuitions, visions, and other mental activities have been recognized to play a role in leadership, too. In this study, the method, which can be named as "interpretative study of concepts", is used.
