Abstract
Çalışmada, Türkçe öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimiyle ilgili görüşlerinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Türkçe öğretmenlerinin, Türkçe dersinde sınıf yönetimini nasıl sağladıkları, etkili bir sınıf yönetimi için hangi özelliklere sahip olması gerektiği, sınıf yönetimiyle ilgili ne tür sorunlarla karşılaştıkları ve de etkili bir sınıf yönetimi için önerilerinin neler olduğunun tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması ile desenlenmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplamak için görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma, Diyarbakır ili merkez ilçelerinde, 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında seçilen 50 Türkçe öğretmeniyle yapılmıştır. Öğretmenlerle yapılan görüşme sonucunda elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Öğretmen görüşlerinden hareketle sınıf içinde karşılaşılan sorunların öğrenci kaynaklı olduğu; öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetiminde daha çok önlemsel, gelişimsel ve tepkisel model yaklaşımlarını sergiledikleri tespit edilmiştir. Sınıf içinde karşılaşılan sorunlar göz önünde bulundurularak; alan bilgisi ve teknolojiyi kullanabilme yeterliliğine sahip öğretmenlerin yetiştirilmesinin önemi de vurgulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda yapılan görüşmelerden hareketle, sınıf yönetiminde karşılaşılan sorunların daha çok öğrenci kaynaklı olduğunu, bu durumun ise öğretmenin motivasyonunu ve dolayısıyla sınıf yönetimini de olumsuz yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Türkçe öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimiyle ilgili görüşlerinin ortaya konulmasının amaçlandığı bu araştırmada elde edilen bulgular ışığında; Türkçe öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimini nasıl sağladıkları, etkili bir sınıf yönetimi için hangi özelliklere sahip olmaları gerektiği, sınıf yönetiminde karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve etkili bir sınıf yönetimi için önerileri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
In the study, it is aimed to reveal the opinions of Turkish teachers about classroom management. It is aimed to determine how Turkish teachers provide classroom management in Turkish lessons, what features they should have for an effective classroom management, what kind of problems they encounter with classroom management and what their suggestions are for an effective classroom management. It is a descriptive study using the scanning method. Interview technique was used to collect data in the research. This study was conducted with 50 Turkish teachers selected in the central districts of Diyarbakır in the 2019-2020 academic year. The data obtained as a result of the interviews with the teachers were analyzed using the descriptive analysis method. Based on the opinions of the teachers, it was stated that the problems encountered in the classroom were caused by the students; It has been determined that teachers exhibit more precautionary, developmental and reactive model approaches in classroom management. Considering the problems encountered in the classroom; The importance of educating teachers with content knowledge and proficiency in using technology was also emphasized. Based on the interviews made as a result of the research, it was determined that the problems encountered in classroom management were mostly caused by students, and this situation negatively affected the motivation of the teacher and therefore the classroom management. In the light of the findings obtained in this study, which aimed to reveal the opinions of Turkish teachers about classroom management; It has been tried to determine how Turkish teachers provide classroom management, what features they should have for an effective classroom management, the problems they encounter in classroom management and their suggestions for an effective classroom management.
