Abstract
Öğrencilerin motivasyonunun sağlanmasında en önemli faktörlerden biri dahil oldukları eğitim örgütlerindeki adalet anlayışıdır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, sosyal adalet liderliğinin; öğrencilerin okul motivasyonu üzerindeki rolünü incelemektir. Yapılan bu çalışma ilişkisel tarama modelinde desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Afyonkaraharahisar Merkez ilçesinde öğrenim gören 408 ortaokul öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Öğrencilerin okul yöneticilerinin sosyal adalet liderliği algılarını belirlemek üzere “Sosyal Adalet Liderliği Ölçeği” ; okul motivasyonlarını ölçmek amacıyla ise “Öğrencilerin Okul Motivasyonu Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler üzerinde regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca yüzde, frekans analizi, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma gibi betimsel analizler uygulanmıştır. Bulgular öğrenci görüşlerine göre okul müdürlerinin sosyal adalet liderliği yüksek düzeyde bulunmuştur. Aynı zamanda öğrencilerin okul motivasyonlarının da yüksek düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bulunan korelasyon katsayıları değişkenler arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişkinin odluğunu göstermiştir.

Abstract
One of the most important factors in ensuring the motivation of students is the understanding of justice in the educational organizations they are involved in. The aim of this research is that social justice leadership; To examine the role of students on school motivation. This study was designed in relational scanning model. The sample of the research consists of 408 secondary school students studying in the central district of Afyonkaraharahisar. “Social Justice Leadership Scale” to determine the students' perceptions of social justice leadership of school administrators; In order to measure school motivation, “Student's School Motivation Scale” was used. Regression analysis was performed on the obtained data. In addition, descriptive analyzes such as percentage, frequency analysis, arithmetic mean and standard deviation were applied. According to the findings of the students, the social justice leadership of the school principals was found to be at a high level. At the same time, it was determined that the school motivation of the students was at a high level. The correlation coefficients found showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the variables.
