Abstract
Turistler tatil kararı alırken ve konaklama yapacakları tesisleri seçerken internet ve web sitelerine her geçen gün daha fazla başvurmaktadır. Bu nedenle işletmelerin kendilerine ait bilgileri paylaştıkları web siteleri oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Günümüzde bisiklet kullanımının popüler hale gelmesiyle birlikte bisiklet dostu konaklama tesisleri de önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu yüzden bu araştırmanın amacı; bisiklet dostu konaklama tesisi sertifikasına sahip konaklama tesislerinin web sitelerinin incelenmesi ve mevcut durumun ortaya konulmasıdır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda Türkiye’de bisiklet dostu konaklama tesisi sertifikasına sahip 19 otelin web siteleri içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmada değerlendirme yapmak için 7 kategori ve 56 değerlendirme ölçütü belirlenmiştir. Araştırma, web sitelerinin değerlendirildiği 1 Eylül-30 Eylül 2022 tarih aralığı ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; “hakkımızda”, “aktivite bilgileri”, “fotoğraflar”, “oda bilgileri”, “restoran/bar bilgileri”, “telefon numarası” ve “ulaşım haritasının” bütün otellerin web sitelerinde yer aldığı tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda araştırmadaki bütün otellerin ana sayfasına kolay ulaşılabildiği ve web sitesinin hızlı yüklendiği belirlenmiştir. Buna ek olarak; “web sitelerinin son güncelleme tarihi”, “döviz çevirici” ve “güncel döviz kuru” bilgilerinin araştırmadaki hiçbir otelin web sitesinde yer almadığı saptanmıştır. Araştırmada her bir kategori altında yer alan değerlendirme ölçütleri detaylı bir şekilde incelenerek otel web sitelerinin mevcut durumunun iyileştirilmesi ve tespit edilen eksiklerin giderilmesi hususunda öneriler sunulmuştur.

Abstract
Tourists are using the internet and websites more and more every day when they decide to holiday and choose the facilities they will stay in. For this reason, websites where businesses share their information are very important. Nowadays, with the popularity of bike use, bike-friendly accommodation facilities have also become an important issue. Therefore, the aim of this research is; examining the websites of the accommodation facilities with bike-friendly accommodation facility certificate and revealing the current situation. In line with the purpose of the research, the websites of 19 hotels with bike-friendly accommodation facility certificate in Turkey were examined by using content analysis method. 7 categories and 56 evaluation criteria were determined to evaluate in the research. The research was limited to the date range of 1September-30 September 2022, when the websites were evaluated. As a result of the research; it was determined that "about us", "activity information", "photos", "room information", "restaurant/bar information", "phone number" and "transportation map" are available on the websites of all hotels. At the same time, it was identified that all hotels in the research have easy access to the home page and the website loads quickly. In addition; it was determined that the "last updated date", "currency converter" and "current exchange rate" information of the websites were not included in the websites of any hotel in the research. In the research, the evaluation criteria under each category were examined in detail and suggestions were made to improve the current situation of hotel websites and to eliminate the deficiencies identified.
