Zeynep Tosun’un “Apasas; The City Of The Mother Goddess” İsimli Koleksiyonundan Seçilen Giysilerin Göstergebilimsel Analizi

Abstract
Moda bireylerin giyinme ve estetik ihtiyaçlarının yanı sıra sosyolojik, psikolojik, kültürel ve tarihi kavramlara göndermeler yapan devingen bir olgudur. Moda göstergeleri olarak kabul edilen giysiler çeşitli olay ve olgulara, eski uygarlıklara, kültürel kodlara ve çeşitli sanatsal biçemlere gönderme yapmaktadır. Göstergebilim ise bu göstergeleri yeniden anlamlandırıp yorumlamaktadır. Bu çalışma ile Zeynep Tosun’un “Apasas” isimli koleksiyonundan seçilen giysilerin göstergebilimsel analizi ile bu giysilerin kültürel ve tarihsel açıdan ilişkisini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemi ile yapılmış olup, araştırma kapsamında; Zeynep Tosun’un Apasas; The City of The Mother Goddess adlı Haute Couture koleksiyonundan seçilen 5 adet görsel, çağdaş göstergebilimin önemli isimlerinden biri olan Roland Barthes’in gösteren (düz anlam), gösterilen (yan anlam) olarak belirttiği çözümleme ilkeleri esas alınarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca görseller, Julia Kristeva’nın metinlerarasılık kuramının modaya uyarlanmasıyla Thomas. F. Broden tarafından öne sürülen giysilerarasılık kuramına göre de analiz edilerek incelenmiştir. Görsellerde inci, yılan, yıldız ve ay sembollerinin yanı sıra dantel, düğüm-püskül ve tel kırma teknikleri ile kültürel kodlara gönderme yapıldığı görülmüştür. Amazon kadınlarının erkeksi gücünü yansıtan maskülen ve kadınsı-dişil özelliğini ifade eden feminen giysiler tespit edilmiştir. Özellikle tasarımcı Apasas koleksiyonunda Antik Yunan ve Amazon uygarlığının giyim
anlayışı ile Amazonların mitolojik öykülerden esinlenerek o dönemlere ait giysileri günümüz modasına uyarlayarak, doğrudan ve dolaylı yoldan kültürel bir aktarım gerçekleştirmiştir.

Abstract
Fashion is a dynamic phenomenon that the individuals’ dressing and aesthetic needs as well as makes references to sociological, psychological, cultural and historical concepts. Clothing accepted as fasihion indicators refers to events and phenomena, ancient civilizations, cultural codes and various artistic styles. Semiotics, on the other hand, reinterprets these indicators. With this study, it is aimed to make a semiotic analysis of the clothes selected from Zeynep Tosun's collection named "Apasas & quot; and to reveal the cultural and historical relationship of these clothes. This study was carried out with the qualitative research method, and within the scope of the research; Zeynep Tosun's Apasas; 5 visuals selected from the Haute Couture collection named The City of The Mother Goddess were analyzed based on the analysis principles of Roland Barthes, one of the important names of contemporary semiotics, as signifier (denotation), signified (connotation). Also with the fashionable adaptation of Julia Kristeva's theory of ıt has also been studied according to the interclothing theory proposed by Thomas F. Broden. In addition to pearl, snake, star and moon symbols, it has been seen that references to cultural codes are made with lace, knot-tassel and wire breaking techniques in the images. Feminine garments that express the masculine and feminine-feminine characteristics of Amazon women have been identified. In particular, in the Apasas collection, the designer carried out a direct and indirect cultural transfer by adapting the clothing of Ancient Greece and Amazonian civilization and the mythological stories of the Amazons and adapting the clothes of those periods to today's fashion.
