Abstract
Araştırmada öğretmenlerin iş motivasyonlarını artıran ve artırabilecek durumlar ile olumsuz etkileyen durumların incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi ile gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmanın materyalini öğretmen motivasyonunu etkileyen faktörlerle ilgili olarak yapılmış olan tezler oluşturmaktadır. Toplanan veriler nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel analiz yöntemine göre analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin motivasyonlarını artıran ve artırabilecek durumlar ile olumsuz etkileyen durumlar bireysel, okul, sistemsel, öğrenci, veli, yönetim, meslektaş kaynaklı ve diğer kaynaklar olarak yapılandırılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğretmenlerin motivasyonunda birçok faktörün etkili olduğu görülmektedir. Öğretmenlerin motive olmalarını ve ortaya çıkan motivasyonu sürdürebilmelerini etkileyen bu faktörler: ödüller, öğretmenlerin aldıkları ücretler, kişiler arası ilişkiler, yöneticilerin rolü, çalışma koşulları ve iş güvencesi olarak sıralanabilir. Öğretmenlerin motivasyonlarını etkileyen bu faktörlerin farkında olarak eğitim sistemimizin en önemli parçalarından biri olan öğretmenlerimizin motivasyonlarını yüksek tutmak için yetkili kurum ve kişilerin bu durumları dikkate alması önem arz etmektedir.

Abstract
In the study, it was aimed to examine the situations that increase and may increase teachers' work motivation and the situations that affect them negatively. The study group of this research, which is carried out by document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, consists of theses made in the field of educational sciences regarding the factors affecting teacher motivation. The collected data were analyzed according to the descriptive analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods. As a result of the research, the situations that increase and may increase teachers' motivation and the situations that affect them negatively are structured as individual, school, systematic, student, parent, administration, colleague-based and other resources. According to the results of the research, it is seen that many factors are effective in the motivation of teachers. These factors that affect teachers 'motivation and maintaining the resulting Motivation can be listed as rewards, teachers' wages, interpersonal relations, the role of administrators, working conditions and job security. Being aware of these factors that affect teachers' motivation, it is important that authorized institutions and individuals take these situations into consideration in order to keep the motivation of our teachers, one of the most important parts of our education system, high.
