Abstract
Bu araştırma günümüz toplum inançlarına göre, sosyal alanda, güncel moda anlayışında varlığını devam ettirmek olan ‘Şaman’ giysileri üzerindeki desenler ve sembolleri araştırmak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Çalışma ile ilgili olarak alan incelemeleri yapılmış, gerekli çalışmalar araştırılmış, konu ile ilgili tez ve makalelerin taramaları yapılmıştır. Her türlü nitel ve nicel verilerden faydalanılmış, literatür incelenmesi ile beraber gerekli kaynaklar okunarak çalışmada kullanılmıştır. Şamanizm kültür ve inanç öğelerinin en önemli izlerini taşımaktadır. Felsefik, mistik ve sihri içerisinde barındıran bir unsur olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Şamanın sahip olduğu üstün yetenekleri gerçekleştirirken savunma olarak kullandığı araçlar arasında giysilerin yer aldığı görülmektedir. Şaman kostümleri kutsal olarak günümüze kadar, milletlerin inanç sistemi, mitolojisi ve kültürü hakkında bilgi vermiştir.
Araştırma kapsamında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Şaman giysileri desenleri ve semboller arasındaki bağlantı incelenmiştir.

Abstract
This research has been prepared to investigate the patterns and symbols on 'Shaman' clothing, which is to continue its existence in the social field and in the current fashion understanding, according to today's society beliefs. Related to the study, field studies were made, necessary studies were searched, and thesis and articles related to the subject were scanned. All kinds of qualitative and quantitative data were used, together with the literature review, necessary sources were read and used in the study. Shamanism, which is one of the most important traces of belief and culture, is expressed as a phenomenon that contains magic, mystical and philosophical elements from the primitive times to the present day . Costumes are among the elements that the shaman, who takes his place on the stage of history as a practitioner and has superior abilities, uses as a protector while performing his practices. It is seen that the shaman costume, which is described as sacred, has become an important culture that gives information about the mythology, belief system and culture of the communities from the past to the present.
An evaluation was made within the scope of the study in the light of the collected data. In this evaluation, the connection between shaman clothing patterns and symbols was examined.
