Abstract
Felsefenin alt kollarından biri olan estetik, sonraları bağımsız bir bilim olarak gelişmiş ve bütün sanat dallarında varlığını kabul ettirmiştir. Estetik olgu dört temel unsuruyla başta roman olmak üzere edebiyat sanatının alt türlerinde de kendine varlık alanı bulmuştur. Peyami Safa, günlük gazete yazılarında sanat, edebiyat, estetik ve felsefe üzerine oldukça fazla görüş belirtmiştir. Bu düşüncelerini romanlarında seçtiği kahramanlara söyleterek sanatın ve estetiğin felsefesini yapar. Yazdığı tezli romanlarını, fikirlerini anlatmak ve ispat etmek için bir araç olarak kullanan yazar, romanlarını estetik açıdan yüksek bir değerde yazmış, semboller ve imgeler kullanarak romanlarına estetik roman özelliği kazandırmıştır. Fatih Harbiye romanı da onun estetik kaygıyı dikkate alarak yazmış olduğu romanlarından biridir. Bu çalışmada Fatih Harbiye romanına estetik roman kimliği kazandıran özellikler, motifler, yapısal unsurlar ve estetik görüngü (fenomen) incelenerek romanın estetik yapısı ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. İnceleme sonucunda Fatih Harbiye romanının motif, yapısal unsurların kurgulanışı, estetik roman özelliklerini içinde barındırması bakımından estetik bir roman niteliğine sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
Aesthetic, one of the sub-branches of philosophy, later developed as an independent science and established its existence in all branches of art. The aesthetic phenomenon has found its place in the sub-genres of literature art with its four basic elements, especially the novel. Peyami Safa had expressed many views on art, literature, aesthetic and philosophy in his daily newspaper articles. He makes the philosophy of art and aesthetic by making the chosen characters in his novels say these thoughts. The author, who uses his thesis novels as a tool to explain and prove his ideas, has written his novels with a high aesthetic value and has brought aesthetic novel features to his novels by using symbols and images. Fatih Harbiye is one of his novels that he wrote considering aesthetic concerns. In this study, the aesthetic structure of the novel was tried to be revealed by examining the features, motifs, structural elements and aesthetic phenomenon that gave Fatih Harbiye novel an aesthetic novel identity. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the novel Fatih Harbiye has the quality of an aesthetic novel in terms of the motif, the editing of the structural elements, and inolving the features of the aesthetic novel.
