Abstract
Bu araştırma ile okullarda yöneticilerin bilgisayar teknolojisini kullanma konusundaki durumlarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmen görüşlerine göreokul yöneticilerinin teknolojiyi kullanma durumlarını tespit etmektir. Çalışma nitel çalışma türündedir. 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında Giresun İli Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı okullarda çalışan 10 erkek ve 10 kadın olmak üzere toplamda 20 gönüllü öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcılar amaçlı örneklem yoluyla belirlenmiştir Çalışmada elde edilen veriler nitel naliz yöntemleriyle incelenmiştir. Okul yöneticileri idari görevleri nedeniyle teknolojiyle aktif bir şekilde ilgilenmektedirler. İçinde bulunduğumuz teknoloji çağında sürekli değişen ve gelişen teknolojiye ayak uydurmak için okul yöneticileri sürekli tüm kurumlarla iletişim içindedirler. Okul paydaşlarının teknolojiye olan ihtiyaçları okul yöneticilerinin teknolojik olarak kendilerini geliştirmelerinin ve okula teknolojiyi kazandırmalarının gereklilik olduğu ortaya koyulmuştur. Okulların yöneticileri; okul siteleri, öğrencilerle, velilerle iletişimler, sınıf içi ve sınıf dışı öğrenme ortamları, büro işleri daha pek çok durumlarda teknolojinin önemli bir araç olduğunun önemini farketmektedirler. İçinde bulunduğumuz çağda okul liderleri; hem kendilerinin hem de okul paydaşlarının teknolojiye ayak uydurmaları için ve son teknolojik araç-gereçlerin okulakazandırılması yönünde büyük bir çaba sarfettikleri sonucuna varılmıştır.

With this research, it has been done in order to determine the status of administrators in using computer technology in schools. Thepurpose of thisresearch is toidentifythesituations in which school administrators üse technology according to teacher opinions. The study is of the qualitative study type. In the 2019-2020 academic year, a total of 20 volunteer teachers, 10 male and 10 female, working at school saffiliated to Giresun Provincial Directorate of National Education. Participants were determined by purposeful sampling. The data obtained in the study were examined by qualitativenalys is methods. School administrators areactively in volved in technology because of their administrativeduties. In order to keep up with the constantly changing and developing technology in theage of technology in which weare located, school administrators are constantly in contact with all institutions. Needs of schools take holders for technology it has been established that it is necessary for school administrators to develop them selves technologically and to bring technology to the school. Administrators of schools; schoolsites, communication with students, parents, in-class and out-of-class learning environments, Office work in many cases recognize the importance of technology as an important tool. School leaders in the age weare in; it has been concluded that both they and the schools take holders have madeagreatef fortto keep up with technology and to make the latest technological tools available to the school.
