Abstract
Bu çalışmada, bireylerin Sporda e-öğrenmeye yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, 2018-2019 eğitim- öğretim yılı güz döneminde Gazi Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi ve Bitlis Eren Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören 126 kadın, 171 erkek olmak üzere toplam 297 üniversite öğrencisi üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma, nicel araştırma modellerinden tarama yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Ölçme aracının yapı geçerliliğini test etmek için ilk olarak Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) yapılmıştır. AFA sonucunda toplam varyansın %55,987’sini açıklayan, 12 maddeden oluşan tek boyutlu bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Ortaya çıkan bu yapının doğrulaması amacıyla yapılan Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) sonucunda, yeterli uyum indekslerine ulaşılmıştır. Maddelerin ayırt ediciliğini tespit etmek için düzeltilmiş madde test korelasyonu incelenmiş ve %27’lik alt-üst yöntemi ile madde puan ortalamaları arasında fark olup olmadığı karşılaştırılmıştır. Ölçme aracının güvenilirliği Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı (,92) ile incelenmiş ve çıkan güvenilirlik katsayılarının ölçeğin oldukça güvenilir olduğuna dair kanıt sağlamıştır Bu bulgular doğrultusunda, Sporda E-Öğrenmeye Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği’nin (SEÖYTÖ), geçerli ve güvenilir ölçümler yapabilen bir veri toplama aracı olduğu söylenebilir.

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool to determine individuals' attitudes towards e-learning in Sports. The study was conducted on a total of 297 university students, 126 female and 171 male, studying at Gazi University Faculty of Sport Sciences and Bitlis Eren University School of Physical Education and Sports in the fall semester of the academic year 2018-2019. The research was conducted by scanning method, one of the quantitative research models. In order to test the construct validity of the measurement tool, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was performed first. As a result of EFA, a one-dimensional structure consisting of 12 items that explains 55.987% of the total variance was obtained. As a result of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) performed to verify this structure, sufficient fit indices were reached. In order to determine the distinctiveness of the items, the corrected item test correlation was examined and it was compared whether there was a difference between the item score averages with the 27% lower-upper method. The reliability of the measurement tool was examined with the Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient, and the resulting reliability coefficients provided evidence that the scale was highly reliable. In line with these findings, it can be said that the Scale of Attitude to E-Learning in Sports (SAELS) is a data collection tool that can make valid and reliable measurements.
