Abstract
Filo yönetimi lojistik faaliyetlerin önemli bileşenidir. Lojistik şirketlerinde bulunan araç ve ekipmanın sistem içerisinde yürütülmesini sağlar. Filo yönetimi uzman personel tarafından yapıldıkça etkin hizmet vermektedir. İşletmeler, rekabetçi piyasa şartlarında düşük maliyetli filo yönetimini tercih ederler. Ayrıca işletmeler, sermayesini etkin kullanmasının yanı sıra tasarruf etmekte ve muhasebe kayıtlarında kolaylık yaşamaktadırlar. Araştırma kapsamında yurt içi karayolu taşımacılığının sevk ve idaresini sağlayan filo yöneticileriyle odak grup görüşmesi yapılarak sıkıntıları üzerinde durulmuştur. Filo yönetiminin işletmelere sağladığı faydalar, filo yönetiminin sıkıntıları ve bu sıkıntılara çözüm önerileri incelenmiştir.

Abstract
Fleet management is an important component of logistics activities. It provides the execution of vehicles and equipment in logistics system. Fleet management provides efficient service when it is done by expert personnel. Enterprises prefer low-cost fleet management in competitive market conditions. In addition to the efficient use of their capital, enterprises also save money and have the convenience of accounting records. In the scope of the research, focus group interviews were conducted with fleet managers who provided the transportation and management of domestic road transport. The benefits of fleet management to the enterprises, the problems of fleet management and solutions to these problems have been examined.
