Abstract
Küreselleşme ile birlikte kayıt dışı ekonominin en yoğun olduğu alan, istihdam alanı olmaya başlamıştır. Kayıt dışı ekonominin bir parçası olan kayıt dışı istihdam, istihdam faaliyetlerinin resmi belgelere yansıtılmaması ya da gerçekleştirilen istihdamın süresi ve alınan ücret miktarının resmi makamlara eksik bildirilmesidir. Kayıt dışı istihdam kavramı,1980 li yıllardan itibaren yüksek enflasyon ve işsizlik, neo-liberal politikalar, küreselleşme sürecinin gelişimi gibi etkenlere bağlı olarak, gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerde etkisini göstermektedir. Kayıt dışı istihdamın kısa dönemde olumlu sonuçları gözlemlense de uzun dönemde ekonomik, mali ve sosyal istikrarı olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada kayıt dışı istihdamın tanımı, nedenleri, türleri, etkileri, yıllara göre değişimi ve mücadelesi ile ilgili genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Ayrıca küreselleşme sürecinde Türkiye’de kayıt dışı istihdamla ilgili mücadeleler değerlendirilerek çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
With the globalization, the area where the informal economy is most concentrated has become the area of employment. Informal employment, part of the informal economy, means that employment activities are not reflected in the official documents or that the amount of wages and the amount of wages received are not reported to the authorities. The concept of informal employment has been influential in developed and developing countries since 1980s, depending on such factors as high inflation and unemployment, neoliberal policies, and the development of the globalization process. Despite the positive results of informal employment in the short term, it affects economic, financial and social stability in the long run. In this study, general information about definition, causes, types, effects, change according to years and struggle of informal employment are given. Also related to combat unregistered employment in Turkey in the globalization process it has been made in evaluating possible solutions.
