Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik olan tutumlarını çeşitli değişkenler üzerinden belirleyip değerlendirmektir. Araştırma nitel araştırma ve durum çalışması deseni ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu 2020- 2021 öğretim yılında rastgele seçilen 183 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Veriler için google forms’ da görüşme soruları hazırlanmış, google forms link kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Görüşme formunun birinci bölümünde katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik sorular, ikinci bölümde öğretmenlerin mesleğe yönelik tutumlarını incelemeye yönelik on iki vardır. Araştırma verileri “ortalama”, “standart sapma”, “t-testi”, “tek yönlü varyans analizi”, “LSD çoklu karşılaştırmalar testi” ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda; öğretmenlerin mesleklerine yönelik tutumlarını belirlemeye yönelik bulgular elde edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara dayalı olarak sonuçlar değerlendirilmiş, bu sonuçlar tartışılmış ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
The purpose of this research; to determine and evaluate teachers' attitudes towards the teaching profession based on various variables. The research was conducted with qualitative research and case study design. The study group of the research consists of 183 randomly selected teachers in the 2020-2021 academic year. Interview questions were prepared in google forms for the data, and the data was collected using google forms link. In the first part of the interview form, there are questions to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants, and twelve questions about the attitudes of teachers towards the profession in the second part. The research data were analyzed by "mean", "standard deviation", "t-test", "one-way variance analysis", "LSD multiple comparisons test". As a result of the research; Findings were obtained to determine teachers' attitudes towards their profession. Based on the results obtained from the research, the results were evaluated, these results were discussed and various suggestions were made.
