Abstract
Sınıf yönetimi kavramı genel anlamıyla, önceden belirlenmiş eğitim hedeflerine erişebilmek için gerçekleştirilmesi planlanan, örgütlenen, uygulanan ve değerlendirmeye tabi tutulan işlevlerine ilişkin kavram, ilke, kuram, tekniklerin ve modellerin bilinçli ve sistematik bir biçimde uygulanmasına yönelik etkinlikler bütünüdür. Sınıf yönetimi sınıfta yaşantıların yönetilmesi ve düzenlenmesi, öğrenme ortamının sağlanması ve öğretmenlerin sorumluluğu şeklinde kabul görmektedir. Eğitim amaçlarının gerçekleştirilebilmesi için sınıf yönetiminin en etkili öğesi öğretmendir. Bu nedenle öğretmenin sınıf yönetimi kapsamında yer alan konulardaki yetkinlik düzeyi arttıkça, öğrencilerin eğitsel çabalarını yönetebilme ve onlara liderlik edebilmesinin kolaylaşacağı düşünülmektedir.
Hazırlanan bu çalışmada sınıf yönetimi kavramına yönelik olarak hazırlanmış “Google Akademik” veri tabanından elde edilmiş 20 adet makalenin bir takım değişkenler ışığında analizi yapılmıştır.

Abstract
The concept of classroom management, in general terms, is a set of activities for the conscious and systematic application of concepts, principles, theories, techniques and models related to the functions that are planned, organized, implemented and evaluated in order to achieve predetermined educational goals. Classroom management is accepted as the management and organization of life in the classroom, the provision of a learning environment and the responsibility of teachers. The most effective element of classroom management in order to achieve educational goals is the teacher. For this reason, it is thought that as the teacher's level of competence in the subjects included in the classroom management increases, it will be easier for students to manage and lead their educational efforts.
In this study, 20 articles obtained from the "Google Scholar" database prepared for the concept of classroom management were analyzed in the light of a number of variables.
