Abstract
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı öğretmen görüşlerine göre okul müdürlerinin kriz yönetim becerilerinin farklı değişkenler açısından incelenmesidir. Araştırma nicel desende tasarlanmış olup nicel araştırma modellerinde tarama modeli kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında Ankara ili Çankaya ilçesinde buluna ortaokul öğretmenlerinden 178 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada kullanılacak verileri toplamak için kişisel bilgi formu ve kriz yönetim ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilen analizi SPSS programı ile gerçekleştirilmiş olup, analiz sonuçlarına göre okul müdürlerinin kriz yönetim becerilerinin; kriz öncesi faaliyetler, kriz esnasındaki faaliyetler ve ölçek genelinde orta düzeyde olduğu, kriz sonrası faaliyetler boyutunda ise yüksek düzeyde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuçtan hareketle okul müdürlerinin kriz yönetim süreçlerinden; hazırlık aşaması olan kriz öncesi faaliyetler ve kriz anındaki davranış şeklini ortaya koyan kriz esnasındaki faaliyetler düzeylerinde gerekli düzeye ulaşamadıkları genellikle krizden sonraki çalışmalarda etkin olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca kullanılan değişkenler açısından sadece medeni durum değişkenine göre farklılığın gözlemlendiği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to examine the crisis management skills of school principals in terms of different variables according to teachers' views. The research was designed in quantitative design and was carried out using the survey model in quantitative research models. The sample of the study consists of 178 secondary school teachers in Çankaya district of Ankara province in the 2022-2023 academic year. Personal information form and crisis management scale were used to collect the data to be used in the study. The analysis of the data was carried out with the SPSS program, and according to the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the crisis management skills of school principals were at a medium level in pre-crisis activities, activities during the crisis and the scale in general, and at a high level in the post-crisis activities dimension. Based on this result, it was seen that school principals could not reach the required level in the levels of pre-crisis activities, which is the preparatory stage, and activities during the crisis, which reveal the behavior during the crisis, and that they are generally effective in post-crisis activities. In addition, in terms of the variables used, it was determined that a difference was observed only according to the marital status variable.
