Genç Milli Taekwondocuların Bacak Kuvveti ile Çeviklik Değerleri Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma genç milli taekwondocuların bacak kuvveti ile çeviklik değerleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya Gazi Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde öğrenim gören, ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde dereceye sahip, yaş ortalaması 20.6±0.54 yıl, spor yaşı 9.8±0.63 yıl, boy uzunluğu 175.1±0.94 cm, vücut ağırlığı 67±2.27 kg olan 13 erkek taekwondo sporcusu katılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan deneklerin çeviklik değerleri T-çeviklik testi ve Taekwondo Spesifik Çeviklik Testi (TSAT) ile belirlenirken, izokinetik bacak kuvveti Isomed 2000 izokinetik dinamometre ile belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizi SPSS 23.0 paket programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Parametreler arasında ilişki için, Spearman Korelasyon test uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda TSAT değerleri ile sağ bacak hamstring, sol bacak hamstring ve sol bacak quadriceps kasları kuvveti arasında anlamlı bir ilişki görülürken (p<0.05), T çeviklik ile sadece sol bacak quadriceps kuvvetinde ilişki olduğu görülmüştür (p<0.05). Çevikliği etkileyen pek çok unsur olmasına rağmen kişinin öğrendiği hareketleri koordine etmede daha başarılı bir performans sergileyebileceği söylenebilir. Bu durum çeviklik performansı değerlendirilirken, branşa özgü testlerin de kullanılması gerektiği şeklinde yorumlanabilir.

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the leg strength and agility values of young national taekwondo players. 13 male taekwondo athletes studying at Gazi University Faculty of Sport Sciences, having a national and international level, average age 20.6 ± 0.54 years, sports age 9.8 ± 0.63 years, height length 175.1 ± 0.94 cm, body weight 67 ± 2.27 kg participated in the study. The agility values of the subjects participating in the study were determined with the T-agility test and the Taekwondo Specific Agility Test (TSAT), while the isokinetic leg strength was determined with the Isomed 2000 isokinetic dynamometer. The statistical analysis of the data obtained in the research was made using the SPSS 23.0 package program. For the relationship between parameters, Spearman Correlation test was applied. As a result of the study, there was a significant relationship between TSAT values and the strength of the right leg hamstring, left leg hamstring and left leg quadriceps muscles (p <0.05), it was observed that there was a relationship between T agility and left leg quadriceps strength only (p <0.05). Although there are many factors that affect agility, it can be said that one can perform more successfully in coordinating the movements learned. This situation can be interpreted as evaluating the agility performance and using branch-specific tests.
