Abstract Problems of mathematical development include: Students should be able to observe, compare, produce independent results, find possible solutions, substantiate their own ideas, and distinguish between specific laws. It is important to study the didactic functions of such exercises, because math games and exciting exercises create a lot of potential for improving the effectiveness of training. The use of educational exercises in the field of mathematics education, is divided into groups by didactic functions: 1. Research based on knowledge. 2. Research on the application of knowledge. 3. Efforts to maintain students' mathematical readiness. It should be noted that for the effective implementation of developmental work it is necessary to take into account interest, initiative, independence, the ability to express students' opinions, rationale, conclusions, etc. The main goal of developing developmental work is not only to give students the opportunity to participate in thinking, but also to encourage them to develop their independence and thinking. It is necessary to use systemic approaches to avoid the pessimism of students and their attention throughout the learning process. Currently, the student is becoming more active and more and more interested. Practice shows that students are more interested in verbal activity in terms of entertainment. Their interest in solving some complex (standard and non-standard) exercises is not the same. Thus, obtaining benefits from this activity has a positive impact on the interests of students. When using math teaching skills, it is recommended that you meet the following requirements for a high level of students' knowledge, skills, and habits: 1. Developmental classes for elementary education courses should be chosen in accordance with the plan for teaching algebra and geometry; 2. The place and time of development of the activity must be determined during the course; 3. The work being developed will correspond to the level of students' mathematical knowledge; 4. The content of the development work should be quite diverse; 5. Rational solutions should be used effectively; 6. The content of developmental work should be taken from real life; 7. The purpose of the development should be clear, clear and concise; 8. The problem of working out should be clear, understandable and specific for its content; 9. Special attention should be paid to monitoring the active participation of students in development issues; 10. Verification of development problems should not be postponed; 11. Knowledge gained in the process of encouraging students to develop their knowledge should help them work independently in the classroom and at home.

Assembly of War (Grand National Assembly of Turkey)

All things were taken from the hands of the Turks through the Armistice of Mondros Armistice. Article 7 of the Treaty and the Allies strengthened the occupation of places they did not occupy, if they were to threaten their security. The non-Turkic elements of these regions have proved to be insecure and under Turkish cruelty by provocative telegraphs, inviting occupation. In the invader states they have been heartily participating in this call. In particular, the British have made great efforts to separate the Greek, Armenian, Arab and Kurdish elements of the Ottoman territory from each other with various promises and to combine them against the Turks. The reasons for the occupiers are based on the classic blame campaign against the Turks. According to this, first the Turks are not civilized, and later the ijtihatlar, especially called jön Türk, struggled the country with long troubles and suffering. The second part of this opinion in the memorandum presented by the Istanbul Government Peace Conference, the soul has been participating in heartfelt and the İttihatlar had been responsible for entering the First World War. But a big enemy of Turks and Parisian Prime Minister Georces Cleemenceau, who is the head of the Council, did not find this enough and considered Turks entirely responsible. The main problem was the disintegration of the Ottoman territory. Turks are also in the mouth of the ball. The victorious states were of the opinion that they represented western civilizations: those who were out of themselves - because they lost the war - were not civilized. Hele, it was necessary to train and educate those who were in the Ottoman country. Himaye and buffalo formulas were introduced for this purpose. In the middle of Anatolia for Turks, a small homeland map was drawn. The Treaty of Sevres would be the assurance document for this new order. The assembly, which was convened in Istanbul on January 12, 1920, could not show itself apart from the Misak-ı Milli decision and stopped working on the invasion of Istanbul and the printing of the Assembly on 16 March 1920. On April 23, 1920, the policy center was registered with Ankara with the opening of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. Because, on 18 March, Riza Nur and his colleagues consciously decided to postpone their meetings on their own initiative for an indefinite period. Thus, he was legally in possession of the opportunity to regain himself in other circumstances and in the future. In the transition to the new meeting and meeting, this decision will constitute a bridge of legitimacy. One reason for the proclamation and the decision was to move ahead of the Sultan, to push aside the opportunity for termination, to remove the palace from having a say in the future of the Assembly. The decision of the Meclis-i Mebusan has strengthened the holiday decision, the legitimacy bridge. Reverend Celalettin Arif Bey's positive attitude and his passing to Ankara turned the ibire into a new initiative, namely to Ankara. The fact that Mustafa Kemal Pasha first thought that he did not learn how to occupy Istanbul was an assembly in Ankara. On the one hand, while taking certain measures, on the other hand the nature of the assembly and how it would be gathered was discussed in Ankara. The work did not last long. It was decided that the assembly to be assembled would be an "institutional assembly" or "constituent assembly". It has been deemed appropriate that the election of the members of the Assembly shall be held in force and that the election shall be concluded in a practical way without being bound by election law. But there were drawbacks to being informed about the decisions made in the form of an election order. Mustafa Kemal Pasha, who wanted to learn the thoughts of the Corps Commanders first, would like to be informed of the following procedure and the necessity of the exercise, if necessary, or the appropriate points to be changed tomorrow by sabbath, and the "Surat" title with the exposition to be fixed after receiving the high consent He wrote the telegram below.

Marketing for a tourism destination brand entails its own specific strategies and techniques, although the basic concepts of brand equity for a destination is not far from applying branding of any other goods or services. This study analyzes and tackles the marketing issues of a destination by evaluating the consumer’s perception of a tourist destination called Kyrenia in the Mediterranean region. Consumer’s perception of the brand image will lead to consumer brand loyalty, specifically in a service industry such as tourism where loyalty is a key issue to the success of any tourist destination. How tourists evaluate a destination’s overall performance and properties through actually being present at the destination t, and their perceived image matching their expectations prior to their visit; leads to a judgment which creates brand loyalty regarding the destination. Therefore, this study is focused on some factors which may lead to customer’s loyalty and impact the perceived image before and after the tourists receiving services at the destination. By examining the impact of service performance, and advertising on brand image and consequently the impact of brand image on brand loyalty; strategic insights on selecting and implementing better marketing tools for DMOs and tourism stakeholders are suggested.

It has been seen that since 1990s sustainable construction concept and the environmental assessments methods related to this have been developed and the environmental performances of the buildings have been assessed. These systems are shaped according to the conditions of the producer country but some of them has gained importance internationally and spread among many country. In this study, internationally accepted basic texts and concepts on Sustainable Construction were examined. Key themes and key topics have been drawn up and tabulated according to the concepts and principles of Sustainable Construction. The Environmental Assessments Methods (EAM), which is internationally recognized, was examined from its original primary sources to determine the main categories and topics. The fourteen different assessment methods have been studied comparatively. But since every system is shaped according to their national regional and local conditions of the country it is produced, the assessment systems like LEED, BREEAM, etc. make it hard to do a realistic assessment in another country than its own, it can be even said that it make assessment impossible in a country where the conditions are very different. Instead of this, especially for under-developed countries it could be suitable to shape a global and flexible assessment framework which could be used adaptable to every country’s national regional and local conditions.

Neo-Gotik ve Doğa: Düş Ağı, Oates

THE NEO-GOTHIC and NATURE: THE DREAM-CATCHER by OATES The neo-gothic is distinguished from the classical gothic (17th-19th centuries) which is identifiable with perverse romance, supernaturalism, presence of ghosts and aristocracy. The neo-gothic has abandoned the classical gothic as conveying a dislocation associated with a creeping awareness of the insanity of social demands, creating a permanent anxiety in the individual, under the threat of regional wars, nuclear disasters, global warming, incalculable dangers of urban life, random crimes, freak accidents, and hidden health hazards. Joyce Carol Oates is one of the contemporary American writers, so prolific in producing novels and short fiction on the neo-gothic besides those on various aspects of the current social life in America. Oates’s neo-gothic short fiction focuses on the exploitation of the weak, the repressed and the vulnerable by the socially dominant and powerful figures, retracing eccentric and fearsome psychological roots and laybrinthines of human psyche. Since Nature, not in the usual pastoral sense, has a significance, displaying a domain that civilized man’s cultural development inevitably conflicts with, the neo-gothic fiction handles Nature as an extension of the fragmented, subverted and marginalized cultural and social life. Thus, those threats of the social life are disguised in forms of monstrous animals, dark forests with no way out, giant plants eating human flesh, imaginations, dreams, myths, violence, sexuality and madness to be depicted as Nature’s wild energies. In this study, Oates’s neo-gothic short story, The Dream Catcher, will be exemplified to scrutinize the impacts of Nature on human subjectivity, the essence and results of any rupture of the natural and social order of things, the relationship of Nature and the gothic, demonstrating the bridge between the human and the non-human world, seeking ways of constructing an integrated whole of these parts.

The fact that the Kipchaks have spread over a wide range of geographies has resulted in the use of Kipchak Turkish in very different alphabets and forms. Kipchaks who have lived with Armenian since 11th century have written their creations using Armenian letters and, consequently, Kipchaks Turkish with Armenian letters which was used in Cumania for nearly four centuries came up. In 4th century, priest Mesrop added two letters to the 36-letters alphabet and created the Armenian alphabet containing 38 letters. It has been mentioned that Kipchaks also produced 112 creations using these letters. These products which have survived up to the present are taken care of in libraries of various countries of the world, including Austria, Netherlands, Italy, Romania, France, Russia, Ukraine, and Armenia, such as Austrian National Library, Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, Poland-Warsaw Archive. In this study, we tried to determine the construction suffixes from the studies carried out on the “Algış Bitiği”, Psalm in Kipchak language, “Töre Bitiği”, Kamenets case which were written in Kipchak Turkish with Armenian letters and have been studied on and are reachable. Based on the works mentioned above, we tried to give examples from the same texts for the construction suffixes we mentioned.

The issue of information collection and reporting has been offered as a course at several universities from the past to the present. This course that is provided to all students enrolled in departments such as communications and media have more significance than it is currently believed to have. Rules of news reporting are violated frequently in news articles in both national and local news. The main reason for t his is that not only individuals who receive journalism training but also everyone has been involved in reporting. However, another important point is that even people who have journalism training do not abide by rules, follow the organization they work for, accept mistakes to be the rule and continue report the information they collect this way. Preventing such problems will be possible by comprehension of news reporting rules by students in information collection and reporting courses and practicing news reporting frequently. This study investigated the news wiring mistakes made by students enrolled in the Media and Communication program at the Vocational School of Higher Education on Social Sciences at Bingöl University. The study was restricted to the students who took the information collection and reporting course in 2018, the mistakes made by different students in previous years were not considered. The findings of the study showed that the students made mistakes mostly in direct and indirect expression in news writing. In addition to these, mistakes were also frequently encountered in the expression of dates, hours, days and numbers. The students were also observed to report news without regards to punctuation and spelling rules. The findings of the study indicated that the students were not able to comprehend news writing techniques and had difficulty in applying the inverted pyramid rule. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the students were not able to use the Turkish language, and this was reflected in news writing.

One of the most important problems of today's economies is the public deficits given by the national budgets. The main reason for the budget deficits is that the state's revenues are at a level that cannot finance the expenditures they have made. Economies that cannot finance their budget deficits with their own resources tend to domestic and foreign borrowing. In this case, an increase in the debt burden on the government(interest plus capital) causes an increase. In the event that public debt cannot be paid on time, the state is re-borrowed for financing these debts, and new debts are passed instead of closing current debts. In this study, changes in the state of public debt in the last decade we left behind Turkey's economy has been examined.

Control group also continued only Judo training. The total duration of training is same both the experimental and control groups. In statistical analysis, SPSS 16.0 package program was used. Statistical results were evaluated at the 95% confidence interval and p <0.05 significance levels. For significance Paired Samples T-Test was applied because groups' pre-test and post-test measurements showed a normal and homogeneous distribution. In the result of the study 8-week balance and coordination trainings, experimental group's from dynamic values stability index , total body standard deviation , open eye, from static balance values; right foot average and front-to-back speed values were found significantly (p<0.05).
Nagorno-Karabakh, which is within the historical Azerbaijani borders, is one of the hot conflict regions of the world today. The region was occupied by Armenians in the early 1990s, where there was occasional violent clashes between Azerbaijan and Armenia. This occupation was carried out as a result of the disintegration of Soviet rule. However, the foundations of this occupation were laid in 1923 with the autonomy of the region. Between 1950 and 1980, Armenians worked hard to connect the region to Armenia. The Armenian Lobby and the Armenian administration supported the activities carried out by the Armenians in Karabakh. On the other hand, the Azerbaijani administration has often been silent against activities in the region. In this study, the documents and document analysis of qualitative research methods were used while the Armenian claims against Nagorno-Karabakh region were investigated in 1950-1980. As a result, since 1950, it has been seen how the Armenians have been doing activities to unite the region with Armenia.
