GENEL ÖZ-YETERLİK İNANCI ÖLÇEĞİNİN GELİŞTİRİLEREK SAĞLIK ÇALIŞANLARINDA GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİĞİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Bu çalışma genel öz-yeterlik inancı ölçeğinin geliştirilerek sağlık çalışanlarında geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Metodolojik türdeki çalışma üç farklı hastanede, Ağustos 2017 ile Ağustos 2018 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 391 sağlık personeli oluşturmuştur. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerliğini sağlamak için oluşturulan madde havuzu 8 uzmanın görüşüne sunulmuştur. Ölçeğin güvenirlik analizleri için test-tekrar test güvenirliği incelenmiş ve Cronbach alfa katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Geçerlik analizleri için kapsam geçerlik indeksi hesaplanmış ve açımlayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerlik indeksi 0,99 olarak belirlenmiştir. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda varyansın % 60,60’ını açıklayan 2 faktör elde edilmiştir. “Çaba ve güven” faktörü 8 madde ve “davranıştan kaçınma” faktörü 3 maddeden oluşmuştur. Ölçeğin geneli için Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı 0.87; çaba ve güven faktörü için 0.90 ve davranıştan kaçınma faktörü için 0.70 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin test-tekrar test güvenirliği r= 0,97 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, bulgular genel öz-yeterlik inanç ölçeğinin geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğine ilişkin önemli kanıtları desteklemektedir. Bu ölçek, genel öz-yeterlik inanç değişkeninin inceleneceği alanlarda kullanılabilir. Ayrıca çalışma sonuçlarını test etmek için farklı ve daha büyük örneklemlerde daha fazla araştırma yapılabilir.

Abstract
This study was carried out in order to develop general self-efficacy belief scale and investigate its validity and reliability on health workers. This methodological study was conducted between August 2017 and August 2018 in three different hospitals. The sample of study consisted of 391 health workers participating in the study voluntarily. Item pool, created to ensure the content validity of scale, was presented to the opinion of 8 experts. Test-retest reliability was examined and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated in reliability analysis of scale. In validity analyzes, content validity index was calculated and exploratory factor analysis was applied. Content validity index of scale was found to be 0.99. Two factors explaining 60.60% of the variance was achieved as a result of exploratory factor analysis. The “effort and self-confidence” factor consisted of 8 items and the factor of “avoidance of behavior” included 3 items. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient for overall scale was 0.87, 0.90 for effort and confidence factor, and 0.70 for factor of avoidance of behavior. Test-retest reliability of scale was r = 0.97. Consequently, the supported important evidence on validity and reliability of general self-efficacy belief scale. This scale can be used in areas where general self-efficacy belief variable will be examined. Also, furter research can be done in different and larger samples to test the results of study.
