Abstract
Bu çalışma , Covid-19 dönemi okulların kapanması ile başlayan uzaktan eğitim sürecinde öğretmenlerin deneyimlerinden yola çıkarak uzaktan eğitim ile ilgili köy öğretmenlerinin yaşadığı güçlükleri tespit etmek amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Köyde görev yapan ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenlerinin “Uzaktan Eğitim” sürecinde karşılaştıkları sorunları ortaya koymak ve tespit edilen sorunlara çözüm yolları bulmak , konuyu derinlemesine değerlendirme ve öneriler sunmak ve ileriki zamanlarda yapılacak olan “Uzaktan Eğitim “ çalışmalarına ışık tutmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Samsun ilinin Ayvacık ilçesindeki 8 ilkokulda görev yapan toplam 14 köy öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler ; araştırmacı tarafından alan yazın tarama sonucunda oluşturulan görüşme sorularının köy öğretmenlerine sorulup görüşlerinin belirtilmesi sonucunda elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizi; içerik analizi yapılarak sağlanmıştır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formunun katılımcılar tarafından doldurulması ile elde edilmiştir. Her bir öğretmene gizlilik esası dikkate alınarak Ö:1 , Ö:2 …gibi kodlar verilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerden yola çıkılarak kavramlar ilk olarak kodlanmış ve katılımcılardan alıntı ile desteklenmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin bilgiye dönüştürülmesi için verilen cevaplardan elde edilen bulgular özelliklerine göre sınıflandırılıp tablo haline dönüştürülmüştür. Bilgiler tabloların altında birleştirilerek analiz edildikten sonra bulguların yorumları yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmada öğretmenlerin görüşleri doğrultusunda büyük bölümü uzaktan eğitimin yüz yüze eğitimin yerini tutmadığını belirtmiş, Covid-19 Pandemisi’ nden dolayı ilk kez uzaktan eğitim faaliyetlerine katılan öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitim faaliyetlerine etkili ve verimli şekilde katılamadıkları anlaşılmıştır.

Abstract
This study was carried out in order to determine the difficulties experienced by village teachers regarding distance education based on the experiences of teachers in the distance education process, which started with the closure of schools in the Covid-19 period.It was carried out in order to reveal the problems faced by the primary and secondary school teachers working in the village in the distance education process and to find solutions to the problems identified ,to provide in-depth evaluation and suggestions and to shed light on future distance education studies.Qualitative research method was used in the research.The working group of the research consists of schools in Ayvacık district of Samsun.The data used in the study were obtained as a result of the interview questions created as a result of the literatüre review by the researcher ,and the questioning opinions of the village teachers.The analysis of the data was provided by content analysis.The data were obtained by filling out the semi-structured interview form by the participants.Considering the principle of confidentiality, each teacher was given codes such as Ö=1 , Ö=2. Based on the data obtained , the concepts were first coded and supported with quotations from the participants.The findings obtained from the answers given to transform the obtained data into information were classified according to their characteristics and transformed into a table.After the information was combined and analyzed under the tables ,the findings were interpreted. In this research, in line with the opinions of the teachers, most of the teachers stated that distance education did not replace face-to-face education, and it was understood that teachers who participated in distance education activities for the first time due to the Covid-19 Pandemic could not participate in distance education activities effectively and efficiently.
