Abstract
تتناول هذه المقالة دراسة تطبيقيَّة لمفهوم الجرم في القرآن الكريم، وذلك من خلال علم الوجوه والنَّظائر، وقد بدأنا المقالة بإلقاء الضَّوء على معنى علم الوجوه والنَّظائر لغة واصطلاحا، واهتمام العلماء به، وبداية التَّصنيف فيه، وذكرنا أهمّ الكتب الَّتي ألفت في هذا العلم العظيم، كما بيَّنَّا أهميَّة علم الوجوه والنَّظائر وأثره البالغ في معرفة معاني آيات الكتاب الحكيم وتفسيرها التَّفسير الصَّحيح، والكشف عن الوجوه والنَّظائر لهذه الألفاظ عند ورودها في مواضع متعددة ومختلفة في آياته وسوره.
وبعد ذلك وضَّحنا علاقة علم الوجوه والنَّظائر بعلم التَّفسير، ودوره الكبير في معرفة المقصود والمراد من نزول آيات كتاب الله الحكيم، ثم بدأنا بدراسة مفهوم الجرم ومعرفة معناه لغة واصطلاحا، كما ذكرنا الوجوه الواردة في محكم التَّنزيل لمفهوم الجُرْم كالشِّرك والذَّنب وفعل فاحشة اللواط وغيرها من الوجوه الَّتي وردت في النَّص القرآني الكريم، كما بينَّا الألفاظ المرتبطة بهذا المفهوم كالمجرم والمجرمين والجرم، مدعمين ذلك بذكر الأيات والسُّور التي ورت فيها هذه الألفاظ، كما ذكرنا نوعي الجرم الفردي والجماعي وكيف وردا في الكتاب الحكيم ووضحنا الفرق بينهما، ثم عرضنا سمات المجرمين كما بيّنها الله سبحانه وتعالى في كتابه الكريم، وبعد ذلك قمنا بتوضيح عاقبة المجرمين التي توعدها الله إياهم في الدّنيا والآخرة، وفي نهاية هذه المقالة كتبنا أهمّ ما توصلت له المقالة من نتائج تتعلق بعلم الوجوه والنَّظائر ومفهوم الجرم ومعناه؛ وما يتعلق بفاعل الجرم من سمات

Abstract
This article explains how the concept of “Cürüm” (crime) in the Qur'an is handled within the scope of the science of wujuh (several meanings of the same word) and nazâir (several different words having same meaning). In the article, we first explained the meaning of the sciences of wujuh and nezair in the dictionary and their meanings as religious terms. Then we showed the care that the scholars gave to these sciences and how they classified them. We talked about the most important books written in these branches of science. In addition, we explained the importance of the science of wujuh and nazair and the importance of this knowledge in knowing the meanings of the verses in the Qur'an and in interpreting the verses correctly, and how the science of wujuh and nazair emerged in verses when some words are mentioned in different places in verses and suras. Afterwards, we explained the relationship between the science of wujuh and nezair and the science of tafsir, and its important role in knowing the reason and purpose of the revelation of the verses in the book of Allah. Then, we explained the dictionary meaning and the conceptual meaning of the concept of crime. Then, we explained other words such as idolatry, guilt, homosexuality that express a crime in the Qur'an. We have clarified the words such as “crime”, “criminal” and “criminals” associated with the concept of crime by supporting them with examples from the verses and suras in the Qur'an. We explained the individual and social types of crime and how they were expressed in the Qur'an and we explained the difference between them. Furthermore, we presented the characteristics of criminals as Allah Almighty explains in His sublime book. After that, we explained the punishment that Allah will give to the criminals in this world and in the hereafter. At the end of the article, we have revealed important results about the concept and meaning of crime within the scope of the science of wujuh and nezair.
