Abstract

The sample group of the survey comprises 388 employees working in the banking sector in the province of Gaziantep. According to findings obtained after the research; it has been found that there is a positive correlation between learning orientation behaviors and innovative work behaviors at moderate levels (r =, 321, p <0,00 and r =, 533, p <0.00). It has also been achieved that learning orientation behaviors are an positive effect [(ß=0,396), ( p<0.01)] on inovative work behavior.
