Abstract
Demokrasi, ihtiva ettiği gerçeklikler bağlamında genel geçer bir kavram olmaktan çok öte, kişi ve bağlamında toplumların bir ve beraber olabilmelerinin çekirdeğidir denilebilir. Demokrasi, doğuştan gelen kazanımların, yönetim tarafından sağlamasının yapıldığı tartışmasız gerçekliklerdir. Eşitlik, özgürlük, adalet ve seçme/seçilme hakkının bir bütün olarak ele alındığı kavramın adıdır. Bu değerler bir bütün olarak her ne kadar bazı toplumlarda demokrasi söylemiyle dile getirilmese bile, eylemsel yönden toplumsal etkileşimleri adına demokrasi temel değerlerinin yansıtılması olarak kabul görür. Demokrasi değerlerinin tezahürü, bireylerin ötekileştirilmeyerek eşitçe davranıldığı, kişi ve bağlamında toplumun özgür olduğunu hissettiği, adalet duygusuyla korunduğu, fikri ve eylemsel anlamda da seçme/seçilme hakkını kullanabildiği gerçekliğin adıdır. Bu durum demokrasinin varlığını gösterirken, demokratik olmayan durumlar adına da antidemokratik uygulamalar olarak kendisini hissettirir ve sonuçları itibariyle de toplumsal hezeyanları beraberinde getirir.
Antidemokratik uygulamalarda; demokrasi temel değerlerinin, özellikle devlet yönetimindeki yaptırıma sahip kişi ve makamların, şahsi menfaatleri veya yasal olmayan uygulamalarının yine demokrasi adı altında uygulanmaya konulması işlemidir. Bu yönüyle demokrasi dinamik bir yapıya sahiptir ve uygunsuz eylemlere de bir kılıf gibidir. Bu bağlamda toplumsal yansımaları da kaçınılmaz felaketleri beraberinde getirir.

Abstract
It can be said that democracy is far from being just a general concept in the context of the realities it contains, in fact, it is the core of the ability of individuals and societies being together in their own context. Democracy is the sum of the indisputable realities in which the innate gains of people are conserved by the administration. It is the name of the concept in which equality, freedom, justice and the right to vote / to be elected are considered as a whole. Although these values as a whole are not expressed with the discourse of democracy in some societies, their social interactions on an operational basis are accepted as the reflection of the basic values of democracy. The manifestation of the values of democracy is the name of the reality in which individuals are treated equally without being marginalized, the society feels free in its person and context, is protected by a sense of justice, and can exercise the right to vote/be elected in the intellectual and operational sense. While this shows the existence of democracy, it also makes itself felt as anti-democratic practices on behalf of non-democratic situations and brings social delusions with it as a result.
In antidemocratic practices; It is the process of putting into practice the basic values of democracy, especially for the personal interests or illegal practices of the people and authorities in the state administration, again under the name of democracy. In this respect, democracy has a dynamic structure and is like a cover for inappropriate actions. In this context, its social reflections also bring inevitable disasters.
