Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretiminde Eğitim Teknolojilerinin Kullanılmasına Yönelik Yapılan Tezlerin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı sosyal bilgiler öğretiminde eğitim teknolojilerinin kullanılmasına yönelik yapılan tez çalışmalarında ülkemizdeki mevcut durumu ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veritabanında 2022 yılı kasım ayı itibariyle “sosyal bilgiler” ve “teknoloji”, “sosyal bilgiler” ve “bilişim”, “sosyal bilgiler” ve “sanal” anahtar kelimeleri tez başlıkları içerisinde aratılmış, 2011-2022 yılları arasında yapılan 39’ u yüksek lisans tezi, 9’u doktora tezi olmak üzere 48 tez çalışmanın örneklemi olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu tez çalışmaları araştırmacı tarafından önceden hazırlanan tez betimleme formundaki tezlerin yayyın yılı, araştırma yöntem, veri toplama aracı, örneklem grubu ve büyüklüğü, konuları, yayınlanan üniversite gibi sorulara cevap aranarak incelenmiştir. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda tez çalışmalarında en fazla üzerinde durulan konuların eğitim bilişim ağı, teknolojik pedogojik alan bilgisi, sanal müze, eğitim öğretimde teknoloji kullanımı ile bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca tez çalışmalarının genelinde nice yöntemin ağırlıklı olarak kullanıldığı ancak karma yönteminde giderek kullanımında artış olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte ölçek, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve anketin en çok tercih edilen veri toplama araçları olduğu, örneklem grupları olarak daha kolay ulaşılabilir olan öğretmenlerin ilk sırada yer aldığı, örneklem grubu büyüklüğü olarakta daha küçük grupların tercih edildiği görülmüştür. Bu araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin eğitim öğretim süreçleri içerisinde teknoloji kullanımına yönelik yaşadıkları sorunları çözebilmelerine üzerine yeni çalışmaların yapılmasına dair öneride bulunulabilir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to reveal the current situation in our country in thesis studies on the use of educational technologies in social studies teaching. For this purpose, the keywords "social studies" and "technology", "social studies" and "informatics", "social studies" and "informatics", "social studies" and "virtual" were searched in the National Thesis Centre database of the Council of Higher Education as of November 2022, and 48 theses, 39 of which were master's theses and 9 of which were doctoral theses, conducted between 2011 and 2022 were determined as the sample of the study. These thesis studies were analysed by searching for answers to questions such as year of publication, research method, data collection tool, sample group and size, subjects, university of publication in the thesis description form prepared in advance by the researcher. As a result of the examination, it was seen that the most emphasised subjects in thesis studies were educational information network, technological pedagogical content knowledge, virtual museum, use of technology in education and information and communication technologies. In addition, it was seen that the nice method was predominantly used in most of the thesis studies, but there was an increase in the use of mixed method. In addition, it was seen that scale, semi-structured interview form and questionnaire are the most preferred data collection tools, teachers who are more easily accessible are in the first place as sample groups, and smaller groups are preferred as sample group size. As a result of this research, it can be suggested that new studies should be carried out on how teachers can solve the problems they experience regarding the use of technology in educational processes.
