Abstract
Türkçe Türkçesi kelime grupları ile ilgili araştırmalar genellikle sık kullanılan kelime grupları üzerinde yoğunlaştığı için hakkında çözülmesi gereken birtakım sorunlar bulunan bazı kelime grupları ikinci planda kalmıştır. Bu şekilde ikinci planda kalan ve Türkiye Türkçesinde en az tartışılan kelime gruplarından biri olan sayı ismi grubu ile ilgili çözülmesi gereken birtakım sorunlar bulunmaktadır. Türkçenin öğrenilmesi ve öğretilmesine zarar verecek boyutta mühim olan bu sorunlar yeterince tartışılmadığından bir çözüme kavuşturulamamış ve bu konuda öne sürülmüş doğruluğu tartışmalı bilgiler günümüze kadar tekrar edilegelmiştir. Terim adı, tanımı ve sınırlarının belirlenmesi gibi çeşitlilik arz eden bu sorunlar çözüldüğünde sayı ismi grubunun sınırları tam ve doğru bir şekilde belirlenmiş olacak, sayı ismi grubu dolayısıyla kelime gruplarının öğrenilmesi ve öğretilmesine katkı verilecektir.
Bu çalışmada, Türkçe’nin kuralları, söz dizimi özellikleri ile tarihî gelişim süreci dikkate alınarak sayı ismi grubu bütün yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Öncelikle dilbilgisi ve söz dizimi kaynakları ile diğer bilimsel yayınlarda bu kelime grubu ile ilgili öne sürülmüş fikirler eleştirel bir bakış açısıyla özetlenerek bu konudaki yanlış yaklaşımlara dikkat çekilmiştir. Daha sonra sayı ismi grubunun tanımı, terim adı, yapısı, kuruluş şekilleri, unsurları ve unsurları arasındaki ilişki irdelenmiş, söz konusu kelime grubu, kelime grupları ve cümle içerisindeki yeri ile cümledeki görevleri bakımından ele alınıp bütün özellikleri belirlenmiş, bu özellikler Türk Edebiyatının mutena eserlerinden alınan örneklerle somutlaştırılmıştır. Böylece sayı ismi grubunun sınırlarının tam ve doğru bir şekilde belirlenmesine dolayısıyla doğru anlaşılması, öğrenilmesi ve öğretilmesine katkıda bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
Since researches on Turkey Turkish word groups tend to focus on frequently used word groups, some word groups that have some problems to be solved have taken back seat. There are some problems that need to be solved on group of number nouns, which is one of the least discussed word groups in Turkey Turkish. Problems in question, which are critical to such an extent that they damage the learning and teaching of Turkish, remained unsolved because they were not discussed sufficiently and thus controversial information set forth on this subject has been repeated until today. When these diverse problems such as term name, definition and fixation of its limits are resolved, the limits of the number name group will be determined precisely and correctly, and thus, it will contribute to the learning and teaching of the number noun group and accordingly to the word groups.
In this study, the group of number nouns has been examined in all its aspects, considering the rules of Turkish, syntax features and historical development process. Primarily the ideas put forward on this word group in grammar and syntax resources and other scientific publications were summarized with a critical point of view, and incorrect approaches on this subject were remarked. Then the number noun group; definition, term noun, structure, formation, elements and the relationship between elements were examined. The word group in question was tackled in terms of word groups, its place in the sentence and its functions in the sentence, and all its features were determined. These features have been concretized with examples taken from the distinguished works of Turkish Literature. Thus, it has been tried to contribute to the precise and correct fixation of the limits of the number noun group, thus to the correct understanding, learning and teaching of this word group.
