Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı pandemi sürecinde uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarının ardından ilkokul öğretmen ve öğrencilerinin yüz yüze eğitim sürecinin başlangıcı ile beraber Covid 19 pandemisi çerçevesinde karşılaştıkları sorunların incelenmesidir. Araştırma kapsamında on bir öğretmen ve dokuz öğrenci ile yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Yapılan görüşmeler sekiz sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin analizi nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda öğretmenler devamlı maske kullanımı, maske ile ders anlatamama, hizmetli personel yetersizliği, okulun fiziki yapısındaki yetersizlikleri, okul binasının temizliği, velilerin yaşanan sorunlara karşı kayıtsız kaldığı gibi konularda sorunlar yaşandığını ifade etmişlerdir. Öğrenciler ise maske ile nefes almada sıkıntı yaşadıkları, covid-19 karantinası sebebi ile devamsızlık yapmak zorunda kaldıklarını, teneffüslerde ve bazı derslerde oyun oynarken sosyal mesafe kuralına uymakta zorlandıklarını, sınıflarında sıralar arasında yeterli sosyal mesafe bulunmadığını, hijyenik ortam oluşturma konusunda okullarının yetersiz kaldığını ifade etmişlerdir. Bu bağlamda ifade edilen sorunlar göz önüne alındığında pandemi ile mücadele konusunda Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı hizmetlerinin yetersiz olduğunu ifade etmek mümkün görülmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the problems faced by primary school teachers and students within the framework of the Covid 19 pandemic with the beginning of the face-to-face education process after distance education applications during the pandemic process. Within the scope of the research, face-to-face interviews were conducted with eleven teachers and nine students. The interviews were conducted with semi-structured interview forms consisting of eight questions. The analysis of the research data was analyzed by descriptive analysis method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. At the end of the research, teachers stated that there were problems such as the continuous use of masks, the inability to teach with masks, the inadequacy of the service staff, the inadequacies in the physical structure of the school, the cleanliness of the school building, and the indifference of parents to the problems experienced. Students stated that they had difficulty breathing with masks, that they had to make absences due to the covid-19 quarantine, that they had difficulty in complying with the social distance rule while playing during recess and in some lessons, that there was not enough social distance between the desks in their classrooms, and that their schools were insufficient to create a hygienic environment. Considering the problems expressed in this context, it is possible to state that the services of the Ministry of National Education are insufficient in the fight against the pandemic.
