Abstract
Dünyada yaşanan küresel ısınma ile iklim değişikliklerinin etkisini tüm sektörlerde görmekteyiz. Sürdürülebilirliği sağlamak için, insanların besin ve gıda ihtiyaçlarının karşılanmasında en başta gelen sektör, tarım sektörüdür. Çalışmada, öncelikle dünyadaki ve Türkiye'deki göstergeler-belirleyici faktörler ile iyi tarım uygulamalarının faydaları ve uygulanan, uygulanmak istenilen politikaları incelemek ana eksenimiz olmuştur. Devamında İyi Tarım Uygulamaları (İTU) kapsamında; Konya ilindeki sürdürebilir tarım, konvansiyonel tarım ve modern tarım uygulamaları irdelenerek, insan sağlığını önemseyerek gerçekleştirilen üretim örneklerine ve politikalara yer verilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, Konya’da tarımsal üretimdeki veriler kullanılarak sürdürülebilir tarım sektörünün önemine dikkat çekilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract
We see the effects of global warming and climate changes in all sectors in the world. In order to ensure sustainability, the foremost sector in providing the nutritional and food needs of people is the agriculture sector. In this study, our main axis has been to examine the indicators-determining factors in the world and in Turkey, the benefits of good agricultural practices and the policies applied and desired to be implemented. Subsequently, within the scope of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP); Sustainable agriculture, conventional agriculture and modern agriculture practices in the province of Konya are examined, and production examples and policies that care about human health are given. In this context, it is aimed to draw attention to the importance of the sustainable agriculture sector by using the data on agricultural production in Konya.
