Abstract
Bu çalışmada Mehmet Ali Birand’ın sunuculuğunu yaptığı 1991 yılı yapımı ‘‘Demirkırat: Bir Demokrasinin Doğuşu’’ isimli toplamda on bölümden oluşan belgesel incelenmektedir. Ünlü Video Paylaşım Platformu ‘‘Youtube’’ dan elde edilen videoların incelenmesine dayanan çalışmada, belgeselin konusu ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda nesnel içerik analizi yöntemi izlenerek elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda belgesel genel bir içerik değerlendirilmesine tabi tutulmuştur. Bu çalışma kapsamındaki belgeselin bölümleri kronolojik olarak ele alınmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, the documentary, "Demirkırat: Birth of a Democracy", made in 1991 and which is hosted by Mehmet Ali Birand, consists of ten episodes in total, is examined. In the study, which is based on the analysis of the videos obtained from the famous Video Sharing Platform "Youtube", the subject of the documentary is discussed. In this context, the documentary was subjected to a general content evaluation in line with the data obtained by following the objective content analysis method. The parts of the documentary within the scope of this study are handled chronologically.
