Abstract
Toplumu dönüştürme ve şekillendirme konusunda iletişim gücünün ihtişamına sıklıkla başvurulan sanat olgusu siyasi ideolojiler içinde etkili bir söylem alanı oluşturmaktadır. İdeolojik kavramlarla yapılandırılan sanat eserleri, bireylerin nasıl düşünmeleri ve hissetmeleri konusunda çeşitli yönlendirmeler yaparak toplumsal düzen içerisinde algısal kategoriler oluşturmaktadır. Sanatı sadece estetik değer olmaktan öteye taşıyan içinde barındırdığı toplumsal yönüdür. Üretildiği toplumun değer yargılarını yansıtan sanat eserleri ideolojik ve siyasi yapılanmaların izlerini de bünyesinde arındırmaktadır. Kimi zaman propaganda amaçlı kimi zaman protesto amaçlı üretilen kamusal sanat eserleri de toplumsal kırılma dönemlerinin aynası olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; siyasi söylem aracına dönüşen ve protest tavırların ön plana çıktığı kamusal sanat eserleri üzerine kısa bir değerlendirme yapılacaktır.

Abstract
The phenomenon of art, in which the glory of communication power is frequently used in transforming and shaping society, constitutes an effective discourse area within political ideologies. The works of art, which are structured with ideological concepts, form perceptual categories within the social order by making various directions about how individuals think and feel. It is the social aspect that carries art beyond just being an aesthetic value. Art works that reflect the value judgments of the society in which they are produced also purify the traces of ideological and political structures. Public works of art, which are sometimes produced for propaganda purposes and sometimes for protest, also mirror the periods of social rupture. In this study; A brief evaluation will be made on public works of art, which have become a tool of political discourse and protest attitudes come to the fore.
