Abstract
Bu çalışma Yörgüç Paşa’nın oğlu Mustafa Bey’in kimliğine ilişkin bilgiler sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde Yörgüç Paşa ve oğlu Mustafa Bey’in kimliğinin çözümünü içermektedir. Vakfiyeyi düzenleten Mustafa Bey Safiye Hatun’un tek çocuğu olmakla birlikte Yörgüç Paşa’nın diğer eşi Şahbulu Hatun’dan olan çocukları Abdi Bey, Hızır Bey, Ali Bey, Yunus Bey, Sitti Hatun ve Hundi Hatun’un da üvey kardeş olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Mustafa Bey’in hazırlatmış olduğu vakfiye Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü Arşivi’nde Yörgüç Paşa oğlu Mustafa Bey Vakfiyesi adıyla yer almakta olup 1437 yılında tanzim edilmiştir. Vakfiyede dua ve takdim bölümü, vakfın nelerden oluştuğu, yaptırmış olduğu hayır binalarının giderleri için; gayr-ı mülklerinin gelirlerinin yer yer bir kısmını ya da tamamını vakfettiği yer almaktadır. Makalenin son kısmında Mustafa Bey’in Havza’da yaptırttığı imarette çalışacak personelin kimlerden oluştuğu ve imaretin giderleri için vakf edilen gayrı mülklerin neler olduğu tablo halinde verilmiştir.

Abstract
This study aims to provide information about the identity of Yörgüç Pasha’s son, Mustafa Bey. The first part of this study includes the solution of the identity of Yörgüç Pasha and his son Mustafa Bey. Although Mustafa Bey is Safiye Hatun’s only child, Yörgüç Pasha’s children from his other wife Şahbulu Hatun. The foundation certificate prepared by Mustafa Bey is in the Archives of the General Directorate of Foundations under the name of Yörgüç Pasha’s son Mustafa Bey Foundation and was issued in 1437. For the prayer and presentation section in the charter, what the foundation consists of, and the expenses of the charitable buildings it has built; It is stated that he donates some or all of his income from non-government estates. In the last part of the article, the personnel who will work in the soup kitchen that Mustafa Bey had built in Havza, and the real estate’s donated for the expenses of the soup kitchen are given in a table.
