Abstract
Sâbûnî’nin “Safvetu’t- Tefâsîr isimli tefsiri günümüzde Tefsir ilmine yeni başlayanların ve Kur’ân-ı Kerimin tefsirini ana hatlarıyla öğrenmek isteyenlerin rağbet ettikleri önemli tefsirlerdendir. Çünkü bu tefsir hem klasik dönem tefsirlerinin hem de çağdaş dönem tefsirlerinin genellikle uzun ve detaylı olarak işledikleri konuları kısa ve öz olarak anlatmaktadır. Biz de bu araştırmamızda belâgat konularına ilgi duyanlara bu ilmî ve edebî yönden değerli tefsirin ilk sûresindeki belâgat vecihlerini kısa ve öz olarak aktarmanın yararlı olacağı kanaatindeyiz. Bu düşünceden hareketle Tefsir ve takip edilen metotlara kısaca değindikten sonra Sâbûnî’nin sûredeki belâgat yönlerini önce genel olarak daha sonra “el-Bahru’l-Muhît” isimli tefsirden aktarmış olduğu belâgat konularını maddeler halinde değerlendirdik. Bu değerlendirmede Sâbûnî’nin aktarmış olduğu belâgat maddelerinin kullanım yönlerini ve kavramların tanımlarını açıkladık.

Abstract
Sâbûnî's tafsir called "Safvetu't-Tafâsîr" is one of the most important tafsir preferred by those who are new to the science of tafsir and those who want to learn the main lines of the tafsir of the Qur'an. Because this tafsir briefly and concisely describes the subjects that both classical period commentaries and contemporary interpretations deal with in a long and detailed way. In this study, we believe that it would be beneficial to briefly and concisely convey the aspects of rhetoric in the first chapter of this scientific and literary tafsir for those who are interested in rhetoric. Based on this idea, after briefly mentioning Tafsir and the methods followed, we evaluated Sâbûnî's eloquence aspects in the sura, first in general, and then, in substance, that he transferred from the tafsir called "al-Bahru'l-Muhît". In this evaluation, we have explained the usage aspects of the rhetoric items and the definitions of the concepts that Sâbûnî has quoted.
