Abstract
ÖZET Bu çalışmanın yapılmasındaki amaç, ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin örgütsel değerlere ilişkin algı düzeylerini görmektir. Bu araştırmanın evrenini 2020-2021 eğitim ve öğretim yılında Diyarbakır İlinin dört merkez ilçesinde görev yapan 3257 ortaokul öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın evreninin büyüklüğü nedeniyle, örneklem alma yoluna başvurulmuştur. Basit seçkisiz random örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak seçilen 17 ortaokulda görev yapan toplam 300 ortaokul öğretmeni araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Lalek (2007) tarafından geliştirilen "Örgütsel Değerler" ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçek üç boyut ve 42 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Bu boyutlar; "okulun genel değerleri", "öğretmenin taşıdığı değerler" ve "yöneticilerin taşıdığı değerler". Verilerin analizinde aritmetik ortalama, yüzde hesaplamaları, ortalama değer, t-testi, varyans analizi (tek yönlü) testi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizde anlamlılık düzeyi 0.05 olarak alınmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; Öğretmenlerin örgütsel değerlere ilişkin algıları “okulun genel değerleri” (Genellikle), “öğretmenlerin taşıdığı değerler” (Genellikle) ve “yöneticilerin taşıdığı değerler” (Genellikle) düzeyinde belirlenmiştir. . Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin; cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu ve kıdem değişkene göre “okulun genel değerleri”, “öğretmenlerin taşıdığı değerler” ve “yöneticilerin taşıdığı değerler” algıları arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Genel olarak öğretmenlerin ölçeğe dayalı algılarının aritmetik ortalaması "Genellikle" düzeyinde belirlenen (3.785)'dir.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to see the perception levels of teachers working in secondary schools regarding organizational values. The universe of this research consists of 1595 secondary school teachers working in four central districts of Diyarbakır in the 2020-2021 academic year. Due to the size of the research population, sampling was used. A total of 300 secondary school teachers working in 17 secondary schools selected using the simple random sampling method constitute the sample of the research. The "Organizational Values" scale developed by Lalek (2007) was used as a data collection tool in the research. The scale consists of three dimensions and 42 items. These dimensions are; "general values of the school", "values of the teacher" and "values of the administrators". In the analysis of the data, arithmetic mean, percentage calculations, mean value, t-test, analysis of variance (one-way) test were used. In the analysis, the level of significance was taken as 0.05. According to the research results; Teachers' perceptions of organizational values were determined at the level of "general values of the school" (Generally), "values carried by teachers" (Generally) and "values carried by administrators" (Generally). . The teachers participating in the research; According to the variables of gender, marital status, education level and seniority, no significant difference was found between the perceptions of "general values of the school", "values carried by teachers" and "values carried by administrators". In general, the arithmetic mean of teachers' perceptions based on the scale is (3,785), which is determined at the "Generally" level.
