Abstract
Bu araştırma, destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarına ilişkin öğretmenlerin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri analizi yapılırken içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Diyarbakır il merkezinde bulunan okullarda görevli öğretmenlerdir. Görüşme yapılan kişi sayısı 16’dır. Araştırma, nitel bütüncül çok durum desenli betimsel tarama yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında görüşme tekniğinden yararlanılmış araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmenin verileri tema analizi, vaka analizi ve betimsel analizle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarında katılım oranının ulaşım kaynaklı sebepler nedeniyle az olduğu, destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarının amaca uygun bir şekilde yapılmadığı, destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarına katılımın az olduğu, ailelerin bilinçsiz olduğu ve denetim yapılmadığı, öğrencilerin bu kursa katılımlarında ailelerinin de etkisinin olduğu bu nedenle aileleriyle görüşmeler yapılarak bilinçlendirilmeleri gerektiği ve öğrencinin teşvik edilmesiyle birlikte, köyden gelen taşımalı öğrencilerin şartlarının iyileştirilmesi gerektiği, destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarında alınan ücreti yeterli bulma konusunda verilen cevaplardan eşitlik olduğu görülmektedir.

Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the views of teachers about support and training courses. Qualitative research methods were used in the research. Content analysis technique was used while analyzing data in the research. The working group of the research is the teachers working in the schools in Diyarbakır city center. The number of people interviewed is 16. The research was carried out by qualitative holistic multi-case pattern descriptive survey method. Interview technique was used in the collection of research data and the data of the semi-structured interview developed by the researcher was analyzed with theme analysis, case analysis and descriptive analysis. According to the research results; Participation rate in support and training courses is low due to transportation-related reasons, support and training courses are not carried out properly, participation in support and training courses is low, families are unconscious and supervision is not carried out, families are also influenced by students' participation in this course. It is seen that the conditions of the bussed students coming from the village should be improved with the support of the students and the students' conditions should be improved, and there is equality in the answers given about finding sufficient fees in support and training courses.
