Abstract
Finansal kiralama kurum maliyetlerini azaltmak için kullanılan bir finansal araçtır. Bu makale Leasing ya da finansal kiralama kavramının ekonomik hayatta ne anlama geldiğini, dünyadaki ve Türkiye’deki finansal değerinin nerede olduğunu anlamaya çalışmaktadır. Finansal kiralamanın kullanım nedenleri ve uygulamada yaşanan problemleri irdelemektedir. Ayrıca, KOBİ’ler açısından da rağbet gören leasing finans biçiminin bazı risk ve avantajlarına değinmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı işletmelerde finansal araçlar sınıfında yer alan leasingi daha önce yapılan araştırmalar ışığında önemini vurgulamak ve ekonomik değerinin arttırılmasına yönelik literatüre katkı sağlamak amacıyla yapılmıştır.

Abstract
Financial leasing is a financial instrument used to reduce corporate costs. This article tries to understand what the concept of leasing or financial leasing means in economic life and where its financial value is in the world and in Turkey. It examines the reasons for the use of financial leasing and the problems experienced in practice. It also touches upon some of the risks and advantages of the leasing finance form, which is also in demand for SMEs. The aim of this study is to emphasize the importance of leasing, which is in the class of financial instruments in enterprises, in the light of previous research and to contribute to the literature on increasing its economic value.
