93 HARBİ (1877-1878 OSMANLI-RUS HARBİ) SONRASI ARTVİN VE YÖRESİNDEN KAYSERİ İLİ’NİN DEVELİ İLÇESİ MERKEZİ İLE KÖYLERİNE YERLEŞEN MUHACİRLERİN AĞIZ ÖZELLİKLERİNİN SES BİLGİSİ YÖNÜNDEN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, 93 Harbi (1877-1878 Osmanlı-Rus Harbi) sonrası Artvin ve yöresinden Kayseri ili’nin Develi ilçesi merkezi ile köylerine yerleşen muhacirlerin ağız özelliklerinin ses bilgisi yönünden standart Türkiye Türkçesi ile benzer ve farklı yönleri ortaya konularak bu değişimlerin sebepleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu incelemeyi yapmak amacıyla Kayseri il merkezi, Develi ilçe merkezi (Çukuryurt köyünün baraj altında kalması sebebiyle derleme çalışması Develi’ye taşınan kişilerle yapılmıştır) ile Develi’nin Bakırdağı köyünde yaşayanlar ve rahmetli olan kişilerin de ses kayıtlarına ulaşılarak ayrıca Saimbeyli’nin Avcıpınarı köyünün sadece Artvin muhacirlerinden oluşması nedeniyle örneklem oluşturulması açısından birkaç metinle çalışmaya dahil edilip derleme yöntemiyle çeşitli dil malzemeleri toplanmıştır. Ses bilgisi kısmında, bölgenin ses özellikleri incelenerek bu bölgenin konuşma dilinin özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Sonuç bölümünde 93 Harbi (1877-1878 Osmanlı-Rus Harbi) sonrası Artvin ve yöresinden Kayseri ili’nin Develi ilçesi merkezi ile köylerine yerleşen muhacirlerin ağız özelliklerinin ses bilgisi yönüyle ilgili genellemelere varılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, the similar and different aspects of the dialect characteristics of the immigrants who settled in the center and villages of Develi district of Kayseri province from Artvin and its region after the 93 War (1877-1878 Ottoman-Russian War) with the standard Turkish Turkish in terms of phonetics were revealed and the reasons for these changes were tried to be determined. In order to make this study, the sound recordings of the people living in Kayseri city center, Develi district center (the compilation study was made with people who moved to Develi due to the Çukuryurt village being under the dam), and the people living in Bakırdağı village of Develi and the deceased were also accessed. Due to the fact that Artvin is made up of immigrants, several texts were included in the study in order to create a sample and various language materials were collected by compilation method. In the phonology part, the sound characteristics of the region were examined and the features of the spoken language of this region were revealed. In the conclusion part, it has been tried to reach generalizations about the phonetic features of the dialect characteristics of the immigrants who settled in the Develi district of Kayseri province and its villages after the 93 War (1877-1878 Ottoman-Russian War).
