BİRLEŞTİRİLMİŞ SINIFLARDA EĞİTİM VEREN ÖĞRETMENLERİN KARŞILAŞTIĞI SORUNLARIN FARKLI DEĞİŞKENLER AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın genel amacı, Birleştirilmiş Sınıflı Okullardaki Öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları problemlerini ortaya koymak ve araştırmanın bulgularına göre problemlerin çözümüne katkı sağlamaktır. Bu amaçla Diyarbakır ilinin Yenişehir ilçesinde görevli 25 birleştirilmiş sınıf öğretmeni ile çalışma yapılmıştır. Veriler onbir sorudan oluşan form ile yarı yapılandırılmış anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenler, Birleştirilmiş Sınıf konusunda hizmet içi eğitim almadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca çalışma yapılan okulların hiçbirinde ikili eğitime rastlanılmamıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenler, yöneticilik görevlerinin olmaması halinde daha başarılı olacaklarını ve idarecilik konusunda ise eğitimlerinden kaynaklanan eksikliklerinin olduğunu belirtmişler. Öğretmenler okulların problemlerini çözmedeailelerin desteğininanılması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca araştırmaya katılan öğretmenler,okuldaçalışan diğer öğretmenler ve köydebulunan anne babalarla kurulacak olan iyi bir iletişim de sorunların çözümüne katkı sağlayacağını belirtmişlerdr.

Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to present the problems of teachers in schools with multi-grade classes and contribute the solution of problems according to research findings. For this purpose, a study was conducted with 25 joined class teachers working in Yenişehir district of Diyarbakır. The data were collected through a form consisting of eleven questions and a semi-structured questionnaire. The teachers who participated in the study stated that they didn’t have a service training in terms of multi-grade class. Furthermore, bilateral training is not found in any of the working with schools. The reachers who participated in the study stated that they would be more successful If They had no managerial positions and there is a deficiency which born of undergraduate education about management. Teachers indicated that receipt of family support on soluing the problems of schools should be taken. In addition the teachers who participated in the study express the view that setting a good communication with the other teachers in the school and the parents in the village.
