Abstract
Kış coğrafyasında bulunan binalar ve ofis yapılarının iç mekanda çevresel etkileri ve sürdürülebilirlikleri, başta iklimlendirme için harcanan enerji olmak üzere, ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu bakımdan; kış coğrafyasında bulunan ofis yapıları iç mekanlarının sürdürülebilir hale getirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, kış coğrafyası ofis yapıları iç mekanları için sürdürülebilirlik kriterleri, kış coğrafyasında bulunan Leed ID+C: Commercial Interiors-v4 sertifikalı ofisler üzerinden irdelenmiştir. Çalışmada, dünya genelindeki kutup ülkelerinde LEED sertifikası almış bütün ofis yapıları irdelenmiş; Leed ID+C: Commercial Interiors-v4 sertifika puanlama sisteminde ofislerin daha başarılı oldukları ve nerelerde puan kaçırdıkları tartışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; sürdürülebilir olmayan ve sürdürülebilir olduğu düşünülen kış coğrafyası ofis yapıları için rehber görevi görecek bu çalışmada, sürdürülebilir olmayan ofis yapıları için LEED sertifika sistemine sahip ofis yapılarının da başarılı olduğu uygulaması daha kolay görülen yönler aktarılmış; sürdürülebilir görülen yapılar için ise, hangi noktalarda dikkatli olunması gerektiği belirtilmiştir.

Abstract
The environmental effects and sustainability of the buildings and office buildings in the winter geography come to the forefront, especially the energy consumed for air conditioning. From this perspective; the interior spaces of office buildings in the winter geography should be made sustainable. In this study, the sustainability criteria for office buildings’ interiors of winter geography examined through Leed ID + C: Commercial Interiors-v4 certified offices located in winter geography. In the study, all office buildings that received LEED certification in polar countries around the world were examined; it has been discussed that offices are more successful and where they missed points in Leed ID + C: Commercial Interiors-v4 certification scoring system. As a result; in this study, which will serve as a guide for office buildings that are considered sustainable and unsustainable in the winter geography, aspects of unsustainable office buildings that have LEED certification system are also successful and easier to apply are presented; and which points one should be careful for structures that are considered sustainable, it's stated.
