Abstract

Karşılaştırma, genel olarak iki ya da daha fazla şeyin birbiriyle mukayese etme yöntemidir. Karşılaştırmada amaç; benzerlik veya farklılıkları göstermenin yanı sıra açıklamak, ikna etmek ya da bilgi vermektir. Her ülkenin kendine göre bir eğitim sistemi vardır. Ülkeler kendi eğitim sistemlerinde bir sorunla karşılaştıklarında diğer ülkelerin o sorunları nasıl çözdüklerini araştırırlar. Bu araştırma çabaları, karşılaştırmalı eğitim araştırmaları ve çalışmalarını ön plana çıkarmıştır. Karşılaştırmalı eğitim başka ülkelerin sorunları çözmede kullandıkları yöntemleri kelime kelime uygulama biçimi olmayıp, her ülke kendisi için bir strateji etrafında çözüm bulmaya çalışır. Bundan dolayı bu araştırma Japonya ile Fransa eğitim sistemlerinin tarihsel gelişim aşamalarının, örgütsel yapılarının ve yönetsel işleyişlerinin nasıl yapılandırdıklarını, benzer ve farklı yönlerinin neler olduğunu incelemek maksadıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada nitel veri toplama tekniklerden doküman analizi kullanılarak konu ile ilgili birçok kaynaklardan, iki ülkenin ortaöğretim sistemleriyle ilgili olan mevzuattan, internet ağı bilgilerinden, tez, kitap, dergi, makale gibi basılı bilimsel çalışmalardan faydalanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın gayesi, Japonya ile Fransa eğitim sistemlerinin amaçlar açısından özellikleri, benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları tespit edilmiş, bulgular yorumlanmış ve birçok öneride bulunulmuştur

Abstract

Comparison is a method of comparing two or more things with each other in general. In comparison, the goal is to explain, convince or provide information, as well as show similarities or differences. Each country has its own education system. When countries encounter a problem in their education systems, they investigate how other countries solve those problems. These research efforts have brought comparative Educational Research and studies to the forefront. Comparative education is not a way of applying the methods that other countries use to solve problems word for word, each country tries to find a solution around a strategy for itself. Because of this, this research was conducted to examine how the historical stages of development, organizational structures and managerial functioning of the educational systems of Japan and France are structured, and what are similar and different aspects. In the research, qualitative data collection techniques were used using document analysis from many sources related to the subject, legislation related to the secondary education systems of the two countries, internet network information, printed scientific studies such as theses, books, journals, articles. The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics, similarities and differences of the educational systems of Japan and France in terms of objectives, the findings were interpreted and many suggestions were made.
