EĞİTİM ÇALIŞANLARININ COVİD-19 SÜRECİNDE SOSYAL AĞ KULLANIM DÜZEYLERİ İNCELEMESİ: KAYSERİ İLİNDE YAPILAN BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı eğitim çalışanlarının Covid-19 sürecinde Sosyal Ağ kullanım düzeylerini belirlemektir. Bu araştırma, katılımcıların öğretimde teknoloji kullanım düzeyleri hakkında ve öğretimde teknoloji kullanımının alt boyutları olan hazır bulunuşluk ve eylem durumu seviyelerini belirlenmeye yöneliktir. Bu amaç için Emin KILINÇ ve arkadaşları tarafından 2016 yılında geliştirilen Öğretimde Teknoloji Kullanımı Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Kayseri İlinde; okul öncesi, ilköğretim, ortaöğretim ve halk eğitim seviyesinde eğitim veren okullarda görev yapmakta olan yönetici ve öğretmenlerden toplam 336 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. Ulaşılan bu verilere SPSS 26,0 istatistiksel programı kullanılarak katılımcının cinsiyeti, yaşı, unvan durumu, öğretim durumu, çalışılan öğretim kademesi, okulun bulunduğu yerleşim yeri, katılımcının internette günlük geçirdiği süre, internet kullanırken yasal ve etik sorumlulukları bilme durumları gibi değişkenler açısından analizler karşılaştırılmalı olarak incelenmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the Social Network usage levels of education employees in the Covid-19 process. This research is about determining the participants' levels of technology use in teaching and their levels of readiness and action status, which are sub-dimensions of technology use in teaching. For this purpose, Technology Use in Teaching Self-Efficacy Scale was applied ,developed by Emin KILINÇ et al in 2016. In Kayseri Province; A total of 336 people were reached the administrators and teachers which are working in pre-school, primary, secondary and public education schools. It has been examined by using the SPSS 26.0 statistical program, these data were analyzed in terms of variables such as the participant's gender, age, title status, education status, education level, where the school is located, the time of participants spend on the internet daily, the state of knowing legal and ethical responsibilities while using the internet.
