EĞİTİM ÇALIŞANLARININ COVİD-19 SÜRECİNDE TÜKENMİŞLİK DÜZEYLERİ İNCELEMESİ: KAYSERİ İLİNDE YAPILAN BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı Eğitim Çalışanlarının Covid-19 sürecinde Tükenmişlik Durumlarının ve tükenmişliğin alt boyutları olan duygusal tükenmişlik, duyarsızlaşma ve kişisel başarısızlık duygusunun düzeylerinin belirlenmesine yöneliktir. Bu amaç için literatürde en sık yararlanılan ölçek olan Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği (MTÖ) uygulanmıştır. Kayseri İlinde; okul öncesi, ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim eğitim veren okullarında görev yapmakta olan öğretmen ve yöneticilerden toplam 516 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. Ulaşılan bu verilere SPSS 26,0 istatistiksel programı kullanılarak yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, unvan durumu, çalışılan öğretim kademesi, meslekte geçirilen süre gibi değişkenler açısından analizler karşılaştırılmalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the levels of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal failure, which are sub-dimensions of burnout and burnout in the Covid-19 process of education employees. For this purpose, Maslach Burnout Scale (MBI), which is the most frequently used scale in the literature, was used. In Kayseri Province; A total of 516 people were reached from teachers and administrators working in pre-school, primary and secondary schools. The SPSS 26.0 statistical program was applied to these data and analyzes were performed comparatively in terms of variables such as age, gender, marital status, title status, education level worked, time spent in the profession.
