Abstract
Uzay turizmi birçok farklı çeşit ve içeriğiyle talep gören niş turizm türleri içerisinde yer almaya başlamıştır. Özellikle astro-turizm kapsamına giren uzay turizmi paketlerinde önde gelen bazı özel girişimlerin tasarladığı halkın da yoğun şekilde ilgisini çeken hizmetler bulunmaktadır. Dünya çapında uzay teknolojisi ile ilgili önemli yatırımlar gerçekleştiren söz konusu girişimler uzay turizmi de dahil olmak üzere birçok uzay konusunda öncü projelere imza atmıştır. Gelecekte tasarladıkları uzay turizmi hizmetleri günümüzde ve gelecekte hukuki sorunlara neden olabilecek niteliktedir. Çalışmada öncelikle uzay turizminin içeriği, unsurları ve özelliklerinden bahsedilmektedir. Bunun ardından dikkat çeken uzay turizm girişimleri açıklanmıştır. Uzay turizminde karşılaşılabilecek olası sorunlar irdelenerek çözüm yolları önerilerine de yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
Space tourism has started to take place among the most demanded niche tourism types that have many different types and contents. There are services designed by some leading private initiatives in space tourism packages that are especially within the scope of astro-tourism, which attract the attention of the public. These initiatives, which have made significant investments in space technology around the world, have carried out many pioneering projects in space tourism, including astro-space tourism. The space tourism services they designed in the future may cause legal problems today and in the future. First of all, the content, elements and features of space tourism are mentioned in the study. After that, remarkable space tourism initiatives were explained. Possible problems that may be encountered in space tourism are examined and suggestions for solutions are also included.
