İletişim Yeterliliği İle Ekip Çalışması Tutumu Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesine Yönelik Görgül Bir Araştırma

Abstract
Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu, Ameliyathane Hizmetleri ve Anestezi programı öğrencilerinin iletişim yeterlilikleri ile ekip çalışması tutumları arasındaki ilişkiyi bazı değişkenler açısından incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: İlişkisel tarama modelinde olan bu araştırmanın evrenini, 2018-2019 akademik yılı, Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu Ameliyathane Hizmetleri ve Anestezi programında öğrenim gören 1.sınıf ve 2. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada örneklem seçimine gidilmeyip araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden öğrenciler örnekleme dahil edilmiş ve toplam örneklem sayısı 147 olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma verilerin toplanmasında geçerlilik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları yapılmış olan “İletişim Yeterliliği Ölçeği” ve “Ekip Çalışması Tutumu Ölçeği” ile ‘Kısa Katılımcı Bilgi Formu’ kullanılmıştır. Toplanan bilgilerin analizi SPSS 17.0 paket programı aracılığıyla değerlendirilmiştir.Verilerin analizinde güvenirlilik, frekans, bağımsız örneklem t-testi ve korelasyon testleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışma analizleri sonucunda, Ameliyathane Hizmetleri programı öğrencilerinin ekip çalışması tutumları ile Anestezi programı öğrencilerinin ekip çalışması tutumları arasındaki fark yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bulunurken, ekip çalışması tutumları toplam puanlarının sınıf derecesine göre orta düzeyde anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı, cinsiyete göre farklılaşmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. İki farklı programdaki öğrencilerin iletişim yeterlilik toplam puanlarının, programlara gore orta düzeyde, sınıf derecesine gore ise anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı, cinsiyete göre farklılaşmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuç: Araştırma sonuçlarına göre iletişim yeterliliği ile ekip çalışması tutumları arasında yüksek düzeyde pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişkinin bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between the communication competencies of the Vocational School of Health Services, Operating Room Services and Anesthesia program students and their teamwork attitudes in terms of some variables. Material and Methods: The universe of this research, which is in the relational screening model in the consists of 1st and 2nd year students studying at the 2018-2019 acedemic year in the Vocational School of Health Services, Operating Room Services and Anesthesia program. Sample selection was not made but, students who agreed to participate in the study were included in the sample and the total number of samples was determined as 147. "Communication Competence Scale" and "Teamwork Attitude Scale" and "Short Participant Information Form" were used to collect research data. The analysis of the information collected was evaluated through the SPSS 17.0 package program. Reliability, frequency, independent sample t-test and correlation tests were used to analyze the data. Results: As a result of the study analysis, while the difference between the teamwork attitudes of the Operating Room Services students and the teamwork attitudes of the students of the Anesthesia program was found to be highly significant, it was concluded that the total scores of the teamwork attitudes differed moderately in terms of grade, and did not differ by gender. It was concluded that the communication competence total scores of the students in two different programs differed moderately in terms of the programs and significantly in terms of grade, and did not differ by gender. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it has been determined that there is a significant positive correlation between communicative competence and teamwork attitudes.
