Abstract
21. yüzyılda her alanda yaygınlaşan inovasyon faaliyetleri, ülkelerin ekonomik açıdan gelişmişlik düzeylerini etkilemektedir. Bu minvalde, yüksek teknoloji üreten ve ürünlerini ihraç eden ülkeler, uluslararası rekabet açısından diğer ülkelerden bir adım öne geçmektedir. Dolayısıyla ülkeler için artık yüksek teknoloji üretimi büyük önem taşımakta; ülkeler bu yönde yapılan çalışmaları, düzenlenen politikaları artırma çabası içerisine girmektedir. Tam da bu noktada, ekonomi literatüründe yüksek teknoloji ürünleri ihracatı ve belirleyen faktörler üzerinde durulması gereken bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, seçilmiş 16 ülkenin 2007-2018 dönemine ait yıllık verileriyle yüksek teknoloji ürünleri ihracının belirleyicilerinin panel veri analiz yöntemi kullanılarak incelenmesidir. Çalışmada; Dünya Bankası resmi sitesinden elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, yüksek teknoloji ürünleri ihracatının belirleyicileri, sabit etkiler ile tesadüfi etkiler modelleri ve GMM modeli karşılaştırılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu analizde, bağımlı değişken olarak yüksek teknoloji ürünleri ihracatı; bağımsız değişken olarak ise GSYH, bilim-teknik dergi makale sayısı ve patent başvuru sayısı göstergeleri değerlendirilmiştir. Analizde elde edilen tahmin sonuçlarına bağlı olarak bu değişkenlerin yüksek teknoloji ürünleri ihracatına etkileri yorumlanmıştır.

Abstract
Innovation activities, which became widespread in all area in the 21st century, affect the economic development level of the countries. In this regard, the countries that produce high technology and export their products get one step ahead of other countries in terms of international competition. Therefore, high technology production is great importance for the countries; countries are trying to increase the efforts and policies in this direction. At this point, the export of high-tech products and the determining factors have become an issue to be emphasized in the economic literature. The aim of this study is to investigate the determinants of the export of high technology products with the annual data of 2007-2018 period of 16 selected countries, using the panel data analysis method. In this study; data from the official website of the World Bank was used. In the study, determinants of high technology product export were analyzed by comparing fixed effects, random effects models and GMM model. In this analysis, high-technology export as dependent variable, as an independent variable; GDP, science-technical journal articles and patent applications were evaluated. The effects of these variables on high-tech exports were interpreted depending on the estimation results obtained in the analysis.
