Abstract
Evrenin oluşmasıyla birlikte insan hayatının serüveni başlamış, birlikte yaşama deneyimi, insana toplumsal bir varlık olma ve toplumdaki diğer unsurlarla ilişki kurma zorunluluğunu getirmiştir. Bu zorunluluk ile insan ve toplum arasındaki her türlü ilişki belirli kurallar çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş ve bu düzenlemeler bireye bazı roller yüklemiştir. Bu rollerin en primitif olanı cinsiyet odaklı kadın ve erkek ayrımıdır. Doğal yaşamın başlangıcında herhangi bir cinsiyet ayrımı olmadan sürdürülen ortak yaşam, zamanla kadın ve erkek farklılığı göz önüne alınarak kurgulanmış bir süreç haline gelmiştir. Bu süreçte erkeğin ve kadının gerçekleştirebileceği ailevi, dini, ekonomik, siyasi vb. görevler, bireyin etken olmadan edindiği cinsiyet ile özdeştirilmiştir. Kas, kol ve düşün gücüne dayanan her türlü aksiyon erkeğe, doğaya ait olan ve duygusallık taşıyan işler ise kadına özgü olarak belirlenmiştir. Kadın ve erkek olmada diskur haline getirilmiş bazı kalıp yargılar ise cinsiyet ayrımını körüklemiş ve toplumsal cinsiyet oluşumuna dayanak oluşturmuştur. Toplumsal cinsiyetin formal ve informal hayata sıçramasıyla da yaşamın her aşamasında engel olunamaz bir erkek hegemonyası kurulmuştur. Bu çalışmada toplumsal düzenin iki cinsiyet ortaklığındaki basit iş bölümünden, ustaca tasarlanan erkek merkezli ataerkilliğe geçişi; aile, din, ekonomik ve siyasi sistem çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca ortak yaşam alanının cinsiyetlere göre ayrıştığı noktalar tespit edilerek, bu yolla oluşturulan “Toplumsal Cinsiyet” kavramı irdelenmiştir.

Abstract
With the formation of the universe, the adventure of human life has begun, and the experience of living together has brought the necessity of being a social being to the human and establishing relations with other elements in the society. With this obligation, all kinds of relations between human beings and society are regulated within the framework of certain rules and these regulations have imposed some rules on the individual. The most primitive of these roles is the gender-focused distinction between man and woman. The common life, which has been maintained without any gender discrimination at the beginning of natural life, has become a designed process by taking into account the difference between men and women in the course of time. In this process, the domestic, religious, economic, political, etc. tasks that man and woman can realize, are identified with the sex acquired by the individual without being active. All kinds of actions based on muscle, arm and thought are determined for men, and works that belong to nature and are emotional, are determined for women. Some stereotyped judgements, which have become discourse for being man and woman, have led to gender division and have formed a basis for production of social gender. A domination of man has been established in every stage of life with the help of gender leaping into formal and informal life. In this study, the transition from simple labor-division which is in partnership of two sex of social gender, to the masterly designed male-centered patriarchy, has been evaluated within the framework of domestic, religious, economic, political system. In addition, the points where the common living area is divided according to gender, have been determined, and the concept of “Social Gender” created in this way has been examined.
