Abstract
Afiş; çok sayıda insanın görebileceği yerlerde toplumun bilgilendirilmesi, ürün veya hizmetlerin tanıtılması amacıyla hazırlanan görsel iletişim araçlarından birisidir. Afiş çalışmalarının ilk amacı mesajın açık ve anlaşılır bir şekilde kurgulanması gerektiğidir. Afiş tasarımında kullanılan diğer tasarım elemanları gibi tipografik unsurların da algılanabilirlik yani okunabilirlik hedefini sağlayacak şekilde tasarlanması gerekmektedir. Afişteki tipografik mesaj iletimi, yazıları okunur kılan unsurların bir araya getirilmesiyle sağlanır. Tipografik mesaj görsel açıdan ne kadar anlaşılır olursa, hedef kitle anlamak için o kadar az çaba harcayacaktır. Aksi takdirde mesaj hedefine ulaşamamış demektir. Afişte bulunan tipografik unsurların puntosu ne olursa olsun zemin renginden dolayı algı düzeyinde mutlaka bir etkileşim olacaktır. Günümüzde kapalı alanlarda ve açık alanlarda çok fazla sayıda afişle karşılaşıyoruz. Çoğuna kafamızı çevirip bakma zahmeti bile göstermiyoruz. Bu koşullar altında sadece hedef kitlenin bile dikkatini çekmeyi başarabilmek, ciddi bir çalışma yapmayı gerektirmektedir. Bu nedenle afiş tasarımının diğer unsurları gibi tipografik unsurların okunabilirlik ve estetik performansını oluşturan, yazı sitili, punto büyüklüğü ve renginin çok bilinçli seçimlerle yapılması gerekmektedir. Tasarımda Okunabilirliği etkileyen tüm unsurlar göz ününde bulundurulmalıdır. Bu unsurlardan birisi de yazı rengi ile zemin renginin oluşturduğu kombinasyonun, okunabilirliği ne derece etkilediğinin dikkate alınmasıdır. Makalede ülkemizden ve yabancı ülke afişlerinden rastgele seçilen örneklerde yer alan tipografik unsurların zemin rengiyle oluşturduğu kombinasyonun görsel algı(okunabilirlik) kavramları çerçevesinde değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Dünyada ve ülkemizde grafik tasarımın diğer ürünlerinde olduğu afiş konusunda da çok güzel tasarımlar yapılmaktadır. Fakat makalede okunabilirlik açısından yanlışlıkları göstermek adına özellikle sorunlu afişler seçilmiştir.

Abstract
The poster is one of the visual communication tools prepared for informing the public in places where a large number of people can see, promoting products or services. The first purpose of the poster work is to make the message clear and understandable. Like other design elements used in poster design, typographic elements have to be designed in such a way that they can be perceived, that is, readability. Typographic message transmission in the poster is achieved by combining the elements that make the text read. The more visual the typographic message is understood, the less effort it will take to understand the target audience. Otherwise, the message could not reach its target. Regardless of the point of the typographic elements on the poster, there will always be an interaction at perception level due to the ground color. Today we have a lot of posters in indoor and outdoor areas. We don't even bother looking at most of them. Under these circumstances, even the attention of the target audience to be able to achieve, requires a serious work. For this reason, typographic elements such as other elements of poster design should be made with a very conscious choice of typography, typewriter, font size and color, which forms the readability and aesthetic performance. All elements that affect readability should be considered in Design. One of these features is that the combination of writing color and ground color is taken into account in how much it affects readability. In this article, the evaluation of the combination of typographic elements in randomly selected samples from our country and foreign country posters with ground color within the framework of visual perception (readability) concepts was made. In the world and in our country, many beautiful designs are made on the poster of graphic design in other products. However, in order to show errors in terms of readability, problematic posters have been chosen.
