İç Mekan Tasarımı Ve Mobilya Tasarımı Eğitimi İle İlgili Öğrencilerin Bakış Açıları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract
Bu çalışma, Türkiye’nin Kayseri ilindeki farklı üniversitelerde eğitim gören ve iç mekan tasarımı ile mobilya tasarımı eğitimi almış olan öğrencilerin tasarım eğitimi ile ilgili görüşlerinin ve beklentilerinin neler olduğunun araştırılmasını konu edinmiştir. Bu kapsamında çalışma, öğrencilerin görüşleri değerlendirilerek ideal bir iç mekan tasarımı ve mobilya tasarımı eğitiminin nasıl olması gerektiği üzerine öneriler geliştirmeyi ve tasarım eğitimine katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışma verileri, tanımlayıcı istatistik yöntemleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir ve sonuçlar sunmak için tablo ve grafiklerden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmanın bazı sonuçları şu şeklidedir; öğrenciler tasarım derslerinin hem pratik hem de teorik içerikli olarak yürütülmesi gerektiğini düşünmektedir. Bu eğitimde hem imalat malzemelerini ve üretim yöntemlerinin öğretmesini istemekte hem de üretimle ilgili nitelikli staj ve yerinde öğrenme gibi içeriklere sahip olmasını talep etmektedirler. Ayrıca öğrenciler, tasarım kabiliyetlerini geliştirecek sanatsal faaliyet içerikli dersler almak istemektedir. Aynı zamanda aldıkları bu tasarım derslerinin kendilerini iş hayatında karşılaşacakları durumlara karşı belirli bir yeterliliğe kavuşturacak faaliyetler içermesini beklemektedirler.

Abstract
This study was carried out on students studying in different universities in Turkey's Kayseri province. This study focuses on investigating the opinions of these students who have received interior design and furniture design education. In addition, this study evaluated student opinions and investigated how an ideal interior design and furniture design education should be. In this way, it aims to develop suggestions about and contribute to design education. Some results of the study are as follows; the students think that design courses should be carried out with both practical and theoretical content. Students want this training to teach them the manufacturing materials and production methods. They also want this training to offer them qualified internship options. In addition, students want to take lessons with artistic activities to improve their design skills. At the same time, they expect this design education they receive to prepare themselves for the difficulties they will encounter in business life.
