The fact that the tourism sector is a service sector has made human factor one of the basic building blocks in the sector. The sustainable development of tourism enterprises is determined by the employees' confidence levels in the business they perform. In this context, the concept of organizational trust, which is one of the topics of organizational behaviour, has been discussed in the research. The ultimate goal of the research is to find out the premises and consequences of organizational trust within the scope of all tourism enterprises (travel agencies, hospitality organisations, restaurants, industrial kitchens, etc.) in the national literature. It is also aimed to develop a model proposal within the scope of existing premises and consequences. With the findings of this research, the premises and consequences of organizational trust were investigated and in addition, a model proposal was presented to tourism researchers. It is thought that the proposed model will shed light on future research and lead to a wider examination of the concept of organizational trust.
